Bubba Kush, Pakistani Kush, Purple Kush, and Blueberry x Romulan

February was a good month for me. Out of the Blueberry x Romulan I scored a good quarter ounce, and it was great smoke. The high was very pleasing and I think the romulan had more dominate traits than the blueberry, you can see it in the picture below. There was a lot of color in those nugs, great bag appeal. It tasted kind of creamy, and the exhale was smooth.

Next is the Pakistani Kush. I had an eighth of this to myself. It was wonderful, pleasing smoke with a great overall high. It's definetly a couchlock kush, and maybe even a real kush from the Kush Valleys. The dealer I met is in love with all types of kushes, and this is one of his regulars. It has a very distinctive smell that is like a kush spiceiness, very very unique... I've never smelt that aroma before. It put me on my ass!

Now it's time for the Purple Kush. This was such a favorite amongst my friends and was completely wonderful. A very potent smoke with an instant high. The smell is erotic, and when you exhale the smoke leave you mouth with a taste of fruity pebbles along with those great kush undertones. I love this smoke! I was happy to score a whole quarter ounce of this stuff!

Last, but DEFINETLY not least, BUBBA KUSH!! This is by far my favorite smoke. I only scored 1.5g of this (three buddies and I threw down on a quarter once and smoked the remainder of the quarter after recieving 1.5g each) The grower said him and his buddy were in oakland and was lucky enough to find a sack. When they smoked it they found a seed, and it turned out to be female. When we were buying it, I was skeptical at first, but when he walked in the car all my doubts immediately disappeared. The aroma was like a lemon, lime, soapy, glass cleaner, church incensce, out of this world smell. The dominate terpinoids were the lemon, soapy, incensce tones that are genuine of Bubba Kush. The smoking experience was a 10 and will always be some of the tastiest smoke I've experienced. Lucky for me the guy is going to sell me a clone for a $100. Do any of you think this seems expensive? I have the money and the experience to make that clone a big healthy mama... I shouldn't decline this offer right? Anyway, here's some pictures of the Bubba Kush I was luck enought to get.

I'm not sure if any seed banks sell a strain called Pakistani Kush. But I do think World of Seeds sells a strain called Pakistan Valley that was collected from the Kush valleys north of Pakistan. It might show similar traits? It's supposedly an almost pure landrace indica.

Also, I remember reading ACE seeds (very promising breeder) is going to release a Purple Pakistani strain later on this year. ACE seeds has also released a mix pack that has rare landrace genetics from Pakistan, Angola, Vietnam and China. I'm definetly thinking about picking up a pack, because, if i remember correctly, I read that there was purple paki genetics in the mix.

A 100$ for an amazing cut, not expensive at all. imagine what you could do with only one cut....

Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking. I offered him to trade clones, and the trade would be one Bubba Kush clone for a choice cutting between Bangi Haze, Satori, and Himalaya Gold. That sounds fair right? B/C I live in the southwest and a strain like Bangi Haze (which is a favorite of mine, and I have a lot of success with it ) isn't that common.

yeah man that sounds more right to me. i mean why wouldn't he trade???i mean it's kinda a grower standard to kick down one clone for another. if you wanted 40 it would be different, but this isn't the case. His bag seeds bubba isn't any cooler than any good haze. in fact i'd much rather have some sat than bubba any day. i love my bubba.......before bed. the rest of the day i want something to smoke that doesn't make me watch judge judy.

Haha I feel the same way. Bangi Haze and Satori are my favorite daytime smokes, they don't make me lazy and anything around the house gets done in no time.

Great report and congrats on what you ran across. I can only dream of a month half as good as yours here in Texas. To me, no brainer on the clone of Bubba Kush.

i got a pre 98 from a mmj co-op
they were going for $20

that shit gets so frosty and purples up a lil bit when the temperatures drop

Id think if you told him you can get the actual cut not a S-1 for say $25 he may come down a bit. Make some friends here Bubba is all over the place!

You're right... I'm going to talk to him today, hopefully he'll want to trade clones, but I'm going to stand my ground on not paying that much for a bagseed bubba kush, but I still want it so I will probably take your advice and tell him I can get the actual cut for way cheaper. Thanks!

I'd pay 100 or even 500 for a bubba cut. I live all the way across the map, in Louisiana and there's no way i could ever get any good stuff like that. I paid a guy 200 for a so called purple Kush cut but it was bullshit, didnt taste smell or grow like the purple kush i had in Sac a while back.

yeah it all depends on where you live. if you live in california then you could find the real pre 98 bubba cut for 15-35 or 40 depending on who you know. but yeah if you live in a state where herb has not been decriminalized then the price shoots up ten fold.
