Had to supercrop my beautiful girl. As you can see in the first pic, she was getting pretty damn close to the light, and I needed to turn it up for the sake of the lower branches. I'm running the main fixture at just 175(ish) watts, and the supplemental reds at about 25 watts, so just 200 watts being used right now. If I can get a little more headroom, I can turn the main fixture up, and get more light to more of the plant. This tent is 31.5in x 31.5in (80cm x 80cm), and the main fixture goes up to 250 watts (though I haven't been able to run it on full blast since I put the reds in - maybe when I grow one of those light-hungry sativas I hear about!).

I hate supercropping, for purely aesthetic reasons - it mars the plant's appearance and makes it less photogenic. Haha... It's shallow and silly, and definitely not a good enough reason to compromise yield on the rest of the plant, so supercropped she was!

yoyo. my dreams comes true. I get out of hard drugs, have home with my wife and I can grow my own smokes! I have oxypot / dwc, 250w hps and there is 4x bubba hash + 1x random cut on the left down corner. and on that one gallon pot I have one pck x kali china... maybe growing mother from that.

Here is my bubba hash fem from seed, courtesy by dubi. Directly from the wet kitchen roll into old, used and rooted through potting soil worn out by Honduras x Panama , 16 l root pouch. Could not get fresh soil due to lockdown until just recently which I used to fill about 5 cm of fresh soil on top. Other than that, just pH adjusted tap water with Bio Bizz stuff. I really had to increase the dose during the past two weeks due to the old soil I guess. Also added some Calcium and Magnesium. No more overwatering like last grow.
19 days of veg, pictures are after 3 more weeks at 12/12. No trimming, no training. Just let her go.

hey. its now 12/12, but not day one flower yet. i try to get this net full, then second net... is that looking good? ec 1.5, ph 5.9, i try to rise ec 1.5 - 1.7 - 1.9 - 2.3 - 2.5 and then down and last days / weeks clean water.

A 7-week pheno, very cool! One of these days I'll have to pop my other two Bubba Hash seeds to see what else I can find, but for now, I'm digging my 9-weeker so much that I just keep growing her. Fucking superlative indica.

What does yours smell like?

Thanks Humple, I am really curious to taste her. Eager to find out the difference in effects compared to the other ace varieties I have jarred (Orient Express, Kali China, Zamaldelica, Honduras x Panama).
I was wondering about the smell last night while I was trying to get some more pictures. I am having a hard time to describe smells, but I would say earthy, with a note of a light, sweet perfume. A stem rub definitely reminds me of black pepper. Nothing really skunky, but definitely identifiable as "pot".☺
I still haven't taken her down, now day 55. I did have some nutrient trouble along the way (who would plant in old, used soil...) and I think my attempts to correct caused the pistils to brown prematurely. So I just looked at bud development and it seems to have finished at the end of week 7.
Interestingly, the Kali China that is growing along side with the same treatment suffered more in her leafs from what looks mainly like Calcium deficiency. Her bud development is still going strong, however, and the pistils still look fresh. The Kali China I grew last year was finished by now.
Hope to find time to process some more pictures soon.

Here's my next round of Bubba Hash. I decided to do 2 plants this time - need to keep her in my stash at all times, if possible!

I don't think I already posted this little testimonial, but a couple of weeks ago I had a terrible toothache that woke me in the middle of the night. I'm no stranger to toothaches, as I've had a lot of dental problems (the doc says it's shit genetics! Haha...), so I knew better than to expect any relief; I usually just pace the floor until I'm exhausted enough to go back to sleep. But my wife followed me out to the kitchen and insisted on packing a couple bong bowls of Bubba Hash, in hopes it would help. I really didn't have any expectation that it would, but holy shit and thank God, to my very pleasant surprise, after back-to-back bowls, the pain began to numb, and within an hour I was able to rest, not totally pain-free, but so, so, SO much more comfortable. I've tried many different strains for pain, with varying degrees of success, but I've never had anything that relieves like Bubba Hash. Excellent for my fucked up knees as well, and wonderful for sleep.

Bubba Hash is easily the most medicinal strain I've ever consumed. I don't plan to stop growing her for a looooong time, if ever. Thanks, Ace!

Haha, I hear ya', brother! But sometimes lazy is just what I need!

Never grown an OG. Closest I've got is my Black D.O.G., which has Fire OG as a grandparent. Bought OG from dispensaries plenty of times, but I can't recall the quality, and who knows if it was even legit!
