Browning between leafs veins and slight yellowing, pics included

This morning when i checked on my plants i noticed this odd browning that seems to be effecting about half my plants, looks like a calcium deficency but don't really see how thats possible(maybe calcium lockout or overfed?).

I'm currently feeding all plants with 3ml micro/4.5ml bloom/ 2ml Cal-mag plus mixd with about 1 gallon of 25% tap/75% RO, the plants are in uncut botinacare cocogro coco-coir.

Can't be a ph problem because i use 2 different test kits(aquarium and GH kit) and they both tell me the ph is just about 5.9.

Here's a few pictures of the plant most effected, the major yellowing is from my HPS i'll try to snap some pictures later when lights go out.

The main spots effected are middle/top of plants(not very top) but some plants have rust spots on there bottom leaves aswell.

The hps glow really makes it hard to see the yellowing so i'll get another picture in acouple hours when lights are off

They look light bleached to me but thats just a guess. It would be my very FIRST guess though with all the lighter looking leaves are on the top.....closest to the light.

Some other thoughts: Make sure your ph meter is calibrated, pull your lights back somewhat and flush and renew your nutes. These are all part of NORMAL maintenance of hydro and should be done once a week to no MORE than every 10 days.

Also, 65 water temp is getting a bit low. A good cheap aquarium heater will fix that issue for you......70 being a good number to aim for.

But I really think it's light bleaching just from the pictures themselves.

I thought the same thing weedhound, thats why i recently put the light alittle higher (whent from about 8" to 12"). The yellowing isn't really concerning me too much tho, more worried about the browning :p. Probally gonna give them a good flushing tonight and then a normal feeding tommorow, hopefully that clears things up

Well if they are light bleached and starting to brown that's the next step as the plant dies off. It may be different stages of the same issue as well......but I don't know that; just guessing.

A good flush and fresh nutes seems like a good next step. Good luck.

PS....check your roots.........carefully. Unhappy roots =unhappy plant.

The browning has gotten slighty worse since then but it doesn't look like its spreading, hopefully a good flush helps

No way it can be low PH, is there a reason why u think that stihg? I did give them a feeding of 5.0ish water about a week ago by accident but since then i've fed with a more normal PH\

Edit: wanted to add the reason it can't be a ph problem is because half my plants seem to be unsffected by this issue and there all fed from the same jug

this isnt a hydro grow correct? why is your ph so low? is it supposed to be this low when you use coco? i dont know you tell me. i was under the impression that when you grow in soil or soiless medium your ph should be at least 6.5

Coco is considered hydroponic, i guess if u mix it with additives it might be more like a soil mix but pure coco is meant to be treated like a hydro grow. So 5.8-6.0 should be just about perfect as far as ph go's
