Broke 5 top leaves of seedling :(

Hi guys I'm new to this forum and need some help.
The wind was strong last night and broke one of my 8 days old seedlings top leaves
the buttom 2 leaves are there and the stem is intact and strong but the above part of stem broke off with the newest 3set leaves.
What can I do to help it grow back?? Is it over for this seedling or will it grow back?

If it was bigger, I would suggest using something to help splint it. Aluminum foil works good.

But, since it's a little plant, just putting on the splint is dicey.

I would move it into indirect light (not direct sunlight) and let it decide if it wants to live.

wildgrow: no unfortunately it only has the first 2 small leaves.
Okay so I should bring it inside under some other light and just continue watering it and see what happens.

If there is no node above the cotiledons the plant can't recover. It needs a way to grow new tip(s), and those grow from nodes (places where regular leaves used to grow from). Cotiledons (seed leaves) are located under the first node.

No node and no progress it just has the two leaves it wont grow leaves like you said exploziv I'll have to throw it out tomorrow.

I think I figured out how to add pictures here is the picture it's been 4 days now or more since the top leaves broke and the stem and buttom 2 leaves are still alive

You would need a real miracle for that plant to recover. Better luck next time.
