Bringing a plant inside?

It just started flowering outside and it needs to stay on veg. What ferts should I give it to help it out while turning the lights back to veg? Any specific brands or types I should look out for?

Remember to watch your watering. Plants indoors may not dry out as fast as outdoors in sunshine and more warmth.

Also if you brought it in among other growing indoor plants I'd be careful about pests,there's always something on those outdoor girls

yeah wach out i did the same thing last year took my 2 gurls and put them back under the lites with the other gurls and i got a very bad case of spider mites lost 75% of my gurls thank to them dam bugs very nasy
and very hard to get rid of.

Thanks for the quick replies people....
But how can you tell if you have spider mites?
I brought some soil from outside about 6 months ago and could never get the little flies/gnats out of it after watering the soil. Are spidermites like that? I checked the whole plant and didn't see any spiders anywhere. Could these "mites" cause health problems being in the same room as my bed where I sleep 10 hours a day? :confused:

sam fox, cuttings aren't an available option at the moment. I wish they were.

Spider mites suck the moisture out of the leaves,you can tell by the tiny whitish dots on the leaves

Hey Now, I guess you could isolate a plant, washing it down alot as mites don't like water. These mites are not "spiders" but little crab like ticks. I have had mites several times, always able blame infestation on bringin a plant or soil from the outdoors. Did you say your gonna sleep with this flowering plant? Remember it need 12 hrs of complete uninterupted darkness. These pesky mites feed on plants material. But you might want to stock up on head lice soap if you gotta sleep with this girl. As a general rule;
I don't bring inside plants or soil from the outside because of the risk of mites. You can ruin an entire crop and contaiminate your grow room. Big headache. Starting over clean is the only real solution.

A translucent rubbermaid on a windowsill for cuttings, maybe a 15 W cfl and a cupboard?

shit, theres a ton of white spots on it but it's otherwise healthy. I just put it back outside.
Two questions:
Could it have infected other plants after only 20 hours?
Will they be in my room, or just my closet and soil because I have a lot of shit in the corners of my room and in cabinets. Will stuff in boxes be susceptible to infection?

Yes if you have mites on the plant it will get to your other plants almost instantly,the best thing I've found for spidermites is a 5 dollar no pest strip from hot shot or spectracide.I'd get a scope first and make sure you have mites,check the undersides of the leaves thats where they lay their eggs
