step one: degrade the quality of public water so much, you can't drink it straight from the tap.
step two: everyone has to buy your bottled water which you have stolen from elsewhere.

I have PVC piping coming into my house from my well in shallow pipes down here in the sunshine state. They get hot. I nuke those plastic frozen food containers almost daily. I have lived this way for almost 13 years now. My health is very bad now. Doctors can't figure it out. Most likely this is why.
Non-biodegradable plastic made from oil is everywhere. You wear it, you live in it and on it, you drive it, you even eat it.
In his book "The Emperor Wears no Clothes" Jack Herrer discusses the how Du Pont's "discovering" nylon aided in one of the biggest frauds in history, anti-hemp, anti-cannabis.
Now fast forward 80 years. They are directly complacent in actual out and out murder. "We have come a long way baby."
The US government fucked us bad by not looking out for it's citizens, starting a long time ago and it has just gotten worse.
So, should they pay to have whole house RO systems installed in those houses that have PVC piping? Yes. Will they? No.
I have no recourse from them slowly killing me.
