Botrytis / Bud rot - A new perspective

I have a enclosed GH going, previous two pulls this season was blacking it out for 12/12. We use a sulfur burner for the GH, and burn sulfur once the plants are transplanted in it. Im not sure if botrytis is the same as powder mildew? But the sulfur burner was used as a preventive for that and haven't had any powder mildew. knock on wood

not at the same thing....both suck though!

A couple nights ago I had to cut some down early due to mold.
Last night I was at my partners place where I dry my bud to do some trimming and noticed some mold looking webbings that popped up overnight. I then started finding bright green extremely skinny little worms going into the calyxes where the hairs are. About the size of hair actually.

So tonight going to hit everything ive got with a sevin/captan mixture because otherwise my plants are very healthy. Those worms are bastards and they will pay the price!

Nope. Everyone is aware what is put on my buds. I do a thorough wash and soak after harvest. There are very small trace amounts if even any left residing. Read about the life of carbaryl its easily washed with just dew and rain.

Way way less residue in my buds than the insecticides and fungicides thats in cigarette tobacco. Probably ingesting more just by working and walking around the farm simply by touching produce, breathing air and spraying fields.
