Um, this is my first grow... do they look close to done?

They are not done they still need a couple of weeks by the look of all the white hair. Do you got a microscope or manifyer to see the trichs? that is how I harvest or I used to just wait till most of the hairs had turned orange/red. Dont wait till they brown and shrivled to cut.
