Body Builders?

I was just wondering if any of you are bodybuilders out there? I've train 5 days a week and I'm slowly getting bigger. Just wondering if anyone else out there shares my hobby? Lol just though about that video that I'm sure you've all seen of Arnold smoking weed. Well Peace. :sasmokin:
 
Hell ya Pumping Iron baby. That's the video with him smoking up. I've been at it hard core for the past 15 years. All natural except for the mj that helps me sleep well and grow. Also helps to increase appetite to take in the carbs when bulking.

The only weights I lift are my pipe and lighter....call it the 2 ounce curl.

I don't but need to start. I'm overwieght and need to get in shape. Any suggestions? I have a dumbell set at home just not sure if I'm doing the right things with them. Also the internet sux when trying to find excersizes or gym info.

Just had my first session in the gym for 2 years. I have put on 25 kgs of fat. I was suprised at my residual fittnes. I managed to run 4.5 km and power walk about 3km to cool down. I feel tops though because of it , all those endorphins circulatin through my body feels like a cone of some wicked gear. Tired and lethargic but mentally alert and going back tommorow morning.

admiral , I have lost huge amounts of weight and put it back on a number of times.

I suggest you invest in a pair of runners either asics or new balance and go for a run. Running while stoned is easy after awhile and the cones make you focus. Also just do some sit ups, push ups, crunchies and chin ups. Don't go all out and remember to stretch. Also dont eat maccas or any shit food. I make salad sandwiches with all my beutiful home grown veggies.

If you can do this for say 4-6 weeks then have a look at joining a gym. Gyms make money from people who sign up on impulse for a 1 year contract and then never go back.

just my 2 cents on my constant battle with the bulge.

i just started lifting again, i just make it a habit and try to make sure MJ doesn't interfere with it, i make the MJ my reward for working out, because if i smoke before attempting to work out ill never get around to it lol..it was a trip, one of my old buddies, after we'd get high, i mean super high, he'd start hitting weights benchin big amount i was like dayum ha

There is plenty of information on the Internet, plus it's not even hard... just do stuff you already know... run around, do push-ups, sit-ups... it's only when you're really in to it when you start considering sets and cycles and nutrition... just get yourself started and it will be easier than you imagine.

yea normally I workout very first thing in the morning and then I'll toke up the mary jane for the rest of the day. Otherwise if i toked and then worked out its just very different and i dont feel like doing anything. Maybe if it was one of those up kind of highs maybe id feel like it but hey its better to be straight for an hour of the day anyways eh? peace.

Oh, hell yeah!!
I love to hit the weight pile.
5 days a week. Just getting back into it after a layoff due to hurricane recovery. I feel weak but it comes back really quick. Smoking can sometimes interfere with motivation, but I rather enjoy it. I recommend a good sativa. :dance: :headbange

I hate to say it but NO not anymore due to a car accident ! Before that i lived in the gym 2-3hours a day 5 days a week.. The only good thing about is that it got me out of a f..... up roid addiction !!

not a body builder,
but i run a few miles a day and/or do situps etc for maybe 2 hours a day, because im so lazy the rest of the 22 hours in each day

personally, I really enjoy working out & generally smoke up before doing so...

I agree with Indelable, just doin, pushups and sit ups or any varyation of ab exercise will get ya rollin. Depending on how overweight a person is though is a key factor. Imea if someone is say 50 or more pounds overweight its gotta start with changin' your diet. you could do 500 situps a day but if your eatin' a double helping of lasagne everynite and followin that with a latenite pint of Haagen Daaz, your never gonna lose weight. I have a pullup/dip station in my backyard, siplest thing in the world but extremely effective for upper body. Also if pushups just cant be done start by doin them on your knees. Get some dumbells and "just do it"!

i went from 210 lbs to 170 5 years ago and it started with and is still mainly due to what i eat and when.



i have a medium metabolism i guess, im no expert but a friend of mine can eat whatever, whenever he wants and never gains a pound, not me ill get a gut in a heart beat if start doin the late nite cookies n cream. Were all different.

Reminds me of American Beauty, where Kevin Spacey is on the bench press smokin' a doob... what a great movie.

One of my friends and I work out every Friday, and smoke a bowl after. He's thinking about putting in a home gym so we can get an American Beauty workout and smoke during... what could be better?

ehhhh.. i dont think i'd want to smoke DURING the workout. you should be breathing pretty hard during the workout and trying to smoke at the same time will just slow you down and not allow you to breathe as well
