Except a Supra w/ low miles, will cost 25k. The SC also looks better IMO.

i really like the new bmw gran coupe....
i mean seriously this interior is MONEY....no way you arent getting laid after driving a date in this. look at how the center console leather wraps all the way to the dashboard...awesome
the rear end is hit or miss with some....i think its pretty cool, better than 5 and 7......unfortunately even if i had 500k buried in the mountains i probably still could never drive something like this, this would NOT fit in up in northern california lmao.
so until then gotta drive a POS like this to blend in..

are you kidding me? that movie series is religion for me! i can watch that shit all day regardless of how inaccurate or stupid it is...it was made during a time when you could actually race cars and not risk getting impounded and license revoked, etc....

skylines are nice and all..but a PITA to get in the states....so naturally next best thing is 240sx
this used to be one of my dream cars....kouki 240sx with sr20 swap. but then my friend built a car just like this so it lost its allure. it wasnt as fast as i thoght it shold be, even with sr20 turbo, and the interior was lacking. he sold it and got a rx7 with a ls1 swap...a little more badass.
this one in the smaller pic was my screen saver for a long time.....basically the way i wanted to build one, black on deep dish black rims..
then one night when i was drunk in roppongi, japan, walking up the main street with massage parlor girls and club doorguys trying to hustle me.....an s15 screamed up the street with the BOVs whoosing...and i was converted to one of these.
one day...one day!
my first exposure to 240sx happened like freshman year of high school...i was talking in my neighborhood, high as hell after just smoking in the park. and an s13 hatch sped up the hill and that was the first time i heard a blow off valve.....
so a few years later i bought a car similar to this...basic pignose 92 fastback, manual, black, but stock as hell. never got to play with the motor...theres a video somewhere on some computer of my first donuts in it. i ended up selling it a few months later because i bought an acura TL a little more of a chick magnet car...it was getting old cramming 4-5 people into a hatchback.
i fucking love 180sx tail lights....shit just lookin at these makes me want to buy another s13...
maybe with an s15 front end? except without this gaudy orange color, my s13 build was supposed to be darker sapphire blue..
another s14 shark eye...this ones for sale for 15k...too bad i need a commuter, cant smuggle packs in a rice rocket!

Ya buddy! We have the same taste in cars, but I'm more of a Honda type guy. I've owned 20+ civics, 3 with b16 swaps, a couple del sols with engine swaps(b18c), 2 integra gsr's, a 98 type R, and an OG '90 eagle Talon tsi turbo AWD......
Nothing feels better than V-tec kicking in at 4800 rpm's and shooting you up to 9k in seconds. My favorite ride I have ever owned was NA, all motor terror. -13 second 1/4 miles, full interior and my chick in the passenger seat.
I have been wanting to fly out to Cali and pick up one of the many JDM type-R's for sale out there and pay the 9 hundo to have it shipped back east. I can't buy a car like that where I live, every car older than 5 years is full of salt/sand and a future rust bucket. Cali cars that I have seen shipped back here have all been perfect, no salt damage to speak of from the ocean. The winters roud here ruin cars, that's for sure.
Anyone finds a 92-95 civic si or ex coupe in black, send me a pm..... For reals...my favorite car ever......

Yes: That's a good looking interior. I would really like to have a M5 (V10) for a dd at some point. But you are correct, draws attention, when you might not want to be noticed.
As far as older imports go, the Lexus SC300 is my favorite.
Basically a luxurious Supra, these things can be absolute sleepers when built correctly.
Still... I can't wait to be able to own one of these, without having to worry about it getting seized.

^ nice bobby one of my favorite cars ive owned was a 1998 sc400....it had a brand new dark green paint job the thing was super clean had flowmasters too...definately a little too "dope boy fresh"...ended up selling it for a profit because i got a good deal on it. it was a little heavy and sluggish i thought but im sure a sc300 properly built would kick ass..

basically my whole circle grew up on japanese "buckets"...in high school everybody was rocking them, makes me feel young again lol. i have a friend who literally has 9 bucket hondas he keeps talking about renting a warehouse and building them all up but i doubt thats gonna happen.
of my best friends had a 92 eg hatchback with a turbo b16, said he used to pull 12.5 second 1/4s...then one day the asian gangs came with a tow truck and stole it...
