i would be willing to have a bet that if you sat 3 1 gallon pots next to each other and 3 plants in one bobbly pot the bobble pot will out yield the single pots as the roots have further to spread before hitting the sides making the plants think they have more room...

nice addition bobble....

Bobble are those SBRG(?) bags you had custom made going to be a main product or custom only? I am seriously going to build the "MEGApods from hell" this spring and the more I think about it I think your onto a great idea? If their custom can you PM me their contact info so I can have it when I am ready to order them and the BLumats?

Thank you!

Currently it's a custom item. SRGB isn't a a huge operation, so I think that most items are made to order... Which would help keep costs down.... The quality manufacturing of the pot and the materials is enough reason to buy them. You know I wouldn't bullshit you bro. It's a nice product.

You can PM SRGB directly here at icmag...

Yeah bro, when ur used to running high lumens, it's got to be hard to change... But... There's a reaon Heath could pull 2.5gpw out of an 8x8x8 space... And a bare bulb warehouse grow only averages .75gpw. If anyone hasn't put that together, that's more than 3x the production for the same amount of power used. Smaller rooms running one strain each ftw. I'm gonna be pulling 20lbs every 10 weekes out of a 16x16 total area, including the mandatory lung room, with the overhead of 1 dehuey, 1 chiller, fans, and 1800w in light burning 24/7... Still got some work to do, but that's the goal and it has to be clearly defined to achieve it.

I got the basket stakes, and lots of them... Everything is ready for clones, which are rooting. I'll have enough for higher numbers w/ 0 veg it looks like. 3rd times the charm... I'm gonna do it right this time. Idk how I can go anymore wrong than I already have.

Working on kickin it into overdrive for the winter. Watch out, I'm gonna be making up for lost crops... :smokey:

Any idea on what you did, that allowed this batch of cuttings to do better?

Another question Bobble. When your cuttings were failing in coco due to damping off, was it new coco or reused?

Reused... Good question, cause the last tray of clones that I successfully rooted in coco was w/ fresh, unflushed coco. No perlite. I like my success w/ straight perlite however, so that's what I'll continue using. It should make it easier to keep things free of root aphids as well. I'll be baking my coco before future use, cause that last root drench I did made my plants look like shit.

sup freds  you know i got mad respect for you boys and your sick vert setups... But... lol... these pods take up 8ft x 8ft and in that area i can chuck 8 plants x 8 plants 64 and pull 1.5 oz per plant pretty much every time... and its so much easyer than a vert setup honestly... proper baby shit IMO... admittedly its with 4 x 600's but then you know light usage dont matter shit to me... shit i run 3600w in 64sqft normally... my yield only goes up slightly but fuckit you know im about how much bud you can get out of a space not how efficient the grow is compared to the amount of light im using.... waiting for bobble to take me to school and light this bitch up....:tiphat:

The trick ta re-using coco I found was ta have enough for 2 rotations at all times so yas can treat the used with pond zymes to get it ready for the next run.......

Yas can get the shit at Lowe`s or Home Depot cheap as fuck and it`s concentrated so a lil goes a long ways.....

Bio-Barley or some shit out there in the garden section where they have the pond pumps .....anyways.....

It eats the roots/decaying dead matter in the medium and leaves the coco void of any nasties or potentials of therein once dried and ready for the next run........

Usedta cut my main stems off , hang em , and throw the rootballs smartpots and all into the zyme mixture in rubbermaid horse troughs to eat the dead shit and recycle my coco cuz I was and am such a tightass.........

Another tool for dialage and cost control for return on investment......so now.....

Yeah......it ain`t rocket science ta run perpetual small rooms that harvey like clockwork and are WAY manageable for a 1 man show with nobody knowin bout said grow but said self.....

You pullin that kinda weight every 10 weeks oughta turn some heads and sway some opinions once dialage occurs with set-it-and forget it setups that run themselves.....

Heathie sold me over a decade ago bout flip rooms every 12 hrs on and off maxin out your location and pullin as much production as possible flyin under the radar with low wattage use setups...... and....

Thats the only thing that`saved my ass over the yrs with low power bills down here in Hell where they pop grow ops monthly for runnin insane amounts of lights bein greedy and ignorant.....

Hell....saw Heath run 4 lil dinky ass setups at 1 location with a single 600 hangin in each and only 1200 watt power consumption per day flippin 2 rooms on 12 and 2 off 12 plus environment control but low power bill.......

Was pullin over 2 lbs from each lil room every month or so strain dependent with his lil funky ass fast hydro systems , but nonetheless 50 lbs a yr from 1 location with maybe a 200 buck per month powerbill ?........

I rest my case....

Nuff outta me Bro.....Show us how it`s done....2.5 gpw`s WAY doable with everything hoonin....

Freds.......:ying:.......

Enough chit chat though. :D it's high time I put up or shut up. I should have rooted clones when I get home... After the weekend I expect to have 2 rooms up and flowering. Maybe 1 week of veg depending.

That's one way to take care of the RA, drown them... Lol...

I hadn't quite put it all together yet howyou managed to wash all ur coco and pots w/ enzymes, just b/c of all the space it takes up... I have easily 2x the coco I need. I've got an idea in my head now for new washing/storage bins. Lol I didn't know u just dunked the whole pot rootball and everything... It makes total sense though, cause the enzymes are gonna break the finer roots and leaves down and add some organic nutes to the coco... And the larger shit mostly composed of undigestable cellulose will just come out of the root ball. I can treat the coco with SM-90, w/e chems, OR add a water heater and denature all the proteins (read as all living organisms dying)... I'm gonna handle this over the weekend... My coco is gonna be 100% clean this time.

Thanks bro, there's hope for me yet!
