So now that I'm not a caregiver... :D

I had better make some money and fast so I can buy a house. It's a good thing the bobbleracks are individual units... :D

Lets run a poll with my good friends here at ic...

Option A: Load the first pod with Purple Skunk, Grape Kush, and Sour Diesel S1's and flip right away... Everything is designed so that each rack can be on a different feed. Then I need to get to vegging out some clones for another round in a month... I have a feeling I know where I can get some if I come up short... I think it would be worth it to build 16 more racks and have them ready to go in a month...

Option B: stick to this dumb plan of vegging my plants out into bushlets for a larger yield...

derr... numbers dictate yield, and yield dictates my bottom line...

I went and did a count... and I have enough to run 7 racks of purple skunk, 4 grape kush, 4 sour diesel, and 1 with both grape kush and sour diesel. I'm going to work on transplanting over the weekend, flip Sunday or Monday. The rules are out the window. It's time to get serious.

+ the bloody day job as a second head chef!! DAMN MAN I'm killing myself!
Been sober for almost 2 weeks now!! hahaaa And gonna keep that way the whole summer.. Of course some shrooms and acid every now and then to keep on track but otherwise only ganja for me !!!

More harveys per yr , more biscuits and bacon.....Heath had so many small rooms runnin at 1 time before he got hitched and started havin kids , that he was harveyin at least 1 room per week perpetually to the tune of at least 4 lbs every week yr round for a good while........

Cover your ass , and stay the 1 man band.....You can trust you...Now get ta work and do this....

My Growbro`s said the r/o units were the bigger merlin`s , but they waste a buncha fukin water for a low ppm solution...

See if anyone`s still sellin "aqua-safe" units BH.....used em for over a decade with zero failure while the cartridges were cheap by the case , and didn`t require changin out as often cuz I had good tapwater...but....I mixed my shit 50/50 R/O-Tap with coco for added cal/mag and trace minerals ftw while cuttin down on wastin precious H2O...so.....You prolly don`t need more than a 100 gal per day unit Bro....go check on em....

Anyways....As I`ve said before bout you Bro....Attitude will make or break yas , and You`ll get there....always stay positive...Just gotta get faster hybrids instead of slow ass veggin indicas....takes forever ta fill in the canopy in veg , cuz they usually don`t stretch , so once flipped , yas get whatcher lookin at and no more.......just swellage right there....but usually good shit , just reduced ta fuck yields without offsetting that X factor with increased plant numbers........

I ran Bubba Kush 1 time in my rotations , and yield was so bad I can`t even admit it....Shit won`t veg OR stretch for shit , but I ended up with couple lbs of killer coffee kush headies that nobody smoked but me fer a long time.....but....it taught me a lesson hard learned for rotations and production......

If yas want production , think 50/50 hybrids.....find em.....exploit their ass fer every gram yas can squeeze out of em for the bottom line with as many yas can cram in side by side , above and below without chokin each other out for lumens and environment....then yas got dialed shit that many elite hybrids will fill the bill for each harvey monocropped in each smaller room flippin perpetually fer tha greater good...............

Doing things legally matters when the police are there to support you. I called them to file a report, and the marijuana jokes were non-stop. A little professionalism was all I wanted, I didn't ask for detective douchebag to solve the crime.

The officer said to me "you and I both know anyone can get their medical card."
Since this is true, and like MIway said a patient is just a smoker by any other name... and I'm giving away 5oz a month in free meds! AND this shit STILL happens even though I only deal with my 5 patients...

The medical program has failed to stay in contact with me, and I can't contact them. Doing things legit is bad business around here... If I'm taking on the same risk as a street dealer, then I might as well make as much as one. I was more safe when I told people I got my buds from someone "up north"... When I became a caregiver, I told the world that I grow weed.

I don't take offense to your statement... I said the same thing. They got away with maybe a 1/2 oz and 2 5gal ziplocks of trim. I can't tell that anything else is missing. It could have been much worse. I can afford to pay the price of this lesson. Medical patients are punks too.

I just found a beautiful Ultimate Strawberry Diesel. It grows like a sativa, but has FAT strawberry diesel buds. I'm pretty sure she's gonna push out my Straw D x Chem bx1 b/c of her faster veg time... Anyway, I'm not hung up on these indicas... Would love to have a couple lbs of bubba laying around though... ha ha...

Thanks for the tips on the RO unit... I'm thinking a 100gpd unit will be good for me as well. It's only <$200... Aint no thang when we're talking about a 6lb harvest if my plants aren't stalled out from nute lockout.

Take a "lease with the option to buy" house with a full basement.....House stays in the owner`s name till end of lease when you`ve already grown your ass off and made enoughta pay house off , or extend lease with option and set up another location with the same gig with no forfeiture or seizure proceedings that`ll affect you since shit`s in somebody else`s name....till you deem fit to feel safe enough ta transfer title....

Once portfolio`s built up to where yas can use equity ta buy foreclosures with zero down and a signature cuz credit rating`s through the roof due to property`s acquired , then...shit starts fallin into place....

Here's the rundown... Just like any housing, you have choices. Generally speaking however, it is middle to lower income housing, owner financed... no banks involved. This gives people with poor/no credit the opportunity to own their own home w/o getting a mortgage.

Generally there is a down payment, plus rent, and a portion of the rent (1-100%) goes toward to purchase of the house. These are all negotiable, b/c it's a contract between the owner and the renter/buyer. If you default, they keep the property and the money.

I know they're all over craigslist... Maybe DHF could give us some more advice on where to look. If you're a young person like myself, now is definitely the time to start buying up real estate. The recession blows monkey balls for older people getting ready to retire or already retired. It's excellent news for young ambitious people, the playing field just got leveled.

Dude I JUST read about those mother Flippin thieves....(been kinda busy as you know)..that SO sucks. But I think this might be a real opportunity for you, being young as you are and the state of this flippin economy getting INTO housing is a prime time. Your area is , I think. going to see a revitalization but it will take a decade or more (I studied economics in College)......I think DHF is onto something, and interestingly enough I am thinking of looking at YOUR area for potentially buying some investment grade property. My partner and I were just discussing how this whole state is not a bad buying opportunity at this time and we might be rolling some of our profits into homes or rental units if we can keep a positive cash flow and find good property managers.

Maybe DHF wil expound his wisdom in greater detail, also if you have any LONG term real estate friends, talk to them Bobble, they might have some good idea's. You don't necessarily have to share ALL your details with them, just a general "what is available in the lease to buy" options in your area. I think their would be banks and home owners on the brink of loosing their homes that would be VERY ameanable (sp?) to a aggressive offer and terms.

Very interesting......I am intrigued myself.

Hey Bobble one more thing I used to grow out a lot of Hindu/Skunk/Kush strain that has been kept by a old grower friend of mine here in Santa Cruz Mountains, let me know how REz's HK turns out.....one day I might be able to afford a pack of his beans and HSK was always a good strain for outdoor.

Now you're on to something... I happened to have been in a fraternity in college and did some "networking' aka drinking my face off... ha ha... I know some insurance and real estate people... Definitely a good idea to consult with some older guys I know locally, w/o going into too much detail.

Michigan really is a nice place... If you don't like the snow, stay in southern michigan... b/c northern michigan has it 6+ months of the year. But it's also beautiful, with all our forests and rivers. The only thing we're missing is some mountains.

Given our current economic status, we have nowhere to go but up. Unemployment is decreasing... Slowly... Michigan has been hemorrhaging young professionals, b/c there aren't any jobs for us unless you're in medicine or... well... medicine. If it's tied to a hospital, you have a job.

Houses can be had as cheap as $2-5k... But you don't want those ones... $10-20k will get you a nice fixer upper... $30-40k and you have a nice house that needs some fresh paint, but last year it sold for $90k. That's the reality here. If you have CASH, you should be buying real estate in Michigan....

Today marks a sad day for me, but at the same time a new beginning.

I'm done caregiving. I'm came home to my door kicked in. I couldn't have moved my grow at a better time. FUCK THEIVES.

They didn't get anything but a silly little plant I had hanging in the closet that I hadn't got around to trimming... Nothing else was missing... Thankfully.

I knew that trusting in the good-will of people was a bad idea. Back to looking out for #1...



No shit? Wonder if it was that one retard? Damn, well its good to hear everything else is going good!
