they don't look FURRY enough LOL did you remember to SIT on them after trimming?

Yeh where is the mold?

18 ounces will put some cash in hand for sure that is a good thing.

I just trimmed some of that StrawDD, what a pain. The nugs were hard to the touch and that is bad with my delicate hands.

So I finally harvested the octagon... Sorry I forgot to take room pics... but it looked the same, except the buds were bigger and the leaves started to yellow out. ;) In all seriousness, I'm thrilled with my last harvest. I managed to grow the largest buds I've ever grown, and quality is there 100%. I'm finally growing the world-class herb I know I can. The timing of the flush was still off... but it was better this time. I'm finding that with the blumats, I can start out with a high EC of 1.5 in the beginning, but then it's best to keep it at 1.0 EC come week 5 and let it dilute down the next 5 weeks. I have 330gal reservoirs... So they hold a lot of juice. Oh, also CAPS beneficials are without a doubt an excellent additive. Their effect on root growth is visible within a week ime.

So with all the rooms empty... It's time to start over fresh. Hopefully no more stupid mistakes. I've made a lot of them so far. I've been holding my plants back in veg to get them healthy, bigger, and get more cuts. I went back to cloning in perlite, and what do you know, I have clones again... Fucking brilliant! I'm done trying to clone in coco. That shit don't work for me.

So... on with the show...

5 headband, 1 sour d, 1800w. I'm hoping these plants will at least come close to hitting the ceiling. I've been super busy with the new house... and I barely had time to go harvest this last crop. I didn't have time to set up DTW buckets like I've been saying I'm going to... I had to keep the blumats... but this time, I did things different. Adapt or Perish. Y'all know I don't know how to perish. Rather than using saucers, I put each #5 SP (went with bigger bags to hold more moisture in the event of blumat failure) in a 5 gal bucket. Each bucket has about 3-4" of lava rock in the bottom. When I transplanted, the plants were in #1 or #2 SP's, and I set them each inside of an empty #5 SP, and buried the stem with my coco/perlite/hydroton mix. I opened up the blumats to soak the bags and create runoff in the bottom of the buckets. I let the blumats run until the lava rocks were completely covered in runoff, and it was touching the bottom of the bag. This way I knew the bags were completely soaked. Should a blumat fail while i"m gone, the roots are at the bottom of the bag already, and all they have to do is grow down into that 3-4" of runoff to be sustained until my early return next week to check on them. I plan to drill a hole in the bucket at the level of the lava rocks so that if I have a runaway, the water will spill out of the bucket and onto the pondliner floor, hempy style... I just was in a rush and forgot about it this last time. Anyway, I'm pretty certain these tweaks are going to save my ass should something go wrong, and we know from experience I have things go wrong all the time.

I'll have another room filled up next week... and another the week after that. :) I'm even considering not shutting this house down. lol I just think about the paranoia of city growing... and I kinda like my lake house now that I'm ironing out the problems.

Dude

The wife and I took a trip w the dogs out E today, with one simple goal: Find lots of trees!

Sad truth is that because Apple Maps is a steaming turd, the best scenery we got was en route, .. But I'm so happy to see your pictures - colors are just goin' nuts here right now. We drove past one batch that was purple on the outside leaves on the tree, and the stuff on the inner portion was still yellow - f*cing beautiful.

:good:
