Kind of, but shortly after this update I left town for a couple days and way over-watered the plants.

Pretty sure I'm gonna lose one or maybe even two of the plants.

Ah well, gotta show the ugly along with the pretty.

Sucks about the flooding.

I guess thats my biggest fear with no drain holes.

I was going to do boxes similar to yours but made outta dr pepper boxes... But I just couldn't get over that in ability to drain. Have you tried to layer lava rock or something at the bottom to create a space for excess water?

No drainholes has worked fine for many years. It was my stupidity that caused the problems. I forgot the plants were older, kind of stunted, stressed from super cropping and then I just way over-watered the plants.

Here are the plants in the 1sq ft cfl cab shortly after the second week of flowering.

The plants have responded to the super-cropping and over-watering by throwing out some new growth, but a lot of the original material is dead or producing very little growth.

Because the new growth has taken off all over the cab I'm not really able to pull the plants out to take pics, so all pics of this grow will be of the plants inside the cab.

Blynx: Thanks for this thread. It's a wealth of ideas!!

I would love it if you posted a link to a higher quality progression picture (like in post 1090)

I would like to use it as a visual queue guide for when to cut nutrients for flush and when to harvest. Since I usually go from seed, not cutting, I am bad about timing my flush and harvest because it seems they take longer to switch to flower as I also have a small box.

i cant see well, is the front left pic chem sister? i keep hearing great things about the sister, well the smoke is great i hear but a pita to grow, whats yer opinion on the sister?

Not to speak for Blynx but I have had the sister for at least 5 yrs.I never considered her difficult to grow.She loves cal/mag and is a little quicker than the D and ecsd.

I've only grown her a couple times and still don't have her dialed in. Honestly haven't had much luck pulling nice buds from her yet. The buds are tasty, but all the ones I've grown have been airy and foxtailed and look crappy when dried. I'll give her a couple more tries before deciding whether to keep her or not.

I lost the (C99 x Shire) Plant 1 in the back right corner. So there are only three plants currently growing in the cab. It will be interesting to see how the other three plants produce since they have a little more room to grow.

I figured I'd try something new with the next round in the cfl scrog. I don't think I'm going to run a scrog this round, but instead, try to control growth through training only.

The next scrog will be with Nevilles Haze x Mango (Plant 3) that I previously grew out under HID.
