seems to me his 1sq ft, and 11x11 typically pull around an ounce give or take or a bit, and around 2 - 2 1/2 ounces out of the scrog cab so with some simple math that should give you a general idea.

Me and a buddy of mine was discussing & he was saying that it's not enough power to make seeds viable. I just harvested a pretty nice 4" Sog that brought about a zip, so I know what yours could be...
How tall are the colas from screen to light ?

yer buddy is a moron, cfls make buds and can make seeds if you so choose.
lots of people use cfl cabs just for breeding so their rooms dont get pollenated

Your buddy is misinformed.

CFLs produce every bit the same seed, bud, plant, flower and pollen that any other lighting source does, including the sun.

The stems were left in some of the larger buds so I could more easily take pics of the buds. The stems will be removed for final weight.
