Running the pumps for the res system, the different lights for veg and flower, the blowers, and timers, etc....what about electrical setup? I'm assuming the standard outlet wouldn't be able to handle all of this going on?

I'd say that's a question for a different thread. There are too many variables in every different set up to determine whether your standard outlet can support the draw. Is it a 15 amp or 20 amp circuit...or even a larger curciut?? What size inline fan/blower? What size lights? Are the lights running 240 or 120? What else is running on that circuit?
In general, the only addition electric draw due to the Blumat system is the use of a submersible pump if you are using a constant pressure elevated res. I don't have a pump infront of me but they don't draw very much at all.
Your best bet is to read some of the electrical threads in the equipment/design section to determine how to add up all the draw on your circuit to see if you can safely run what you would like to run. Keep the 80% rule in mind.

And feeding? Do you feed through the blumats (mix up the nutes and pour in the res) or do you feed by hand and just run water through the blumats?

Read through this thread man. There is a ton of information in here.
Some people run just water whereas others run nutes in the res. I just set mine up so I haven't been running them for very long but I am using nutes in my res with coco as the medium.

Yea I've read everything from page 80 to now and it seems the majority are growing in coco. I would rather grow in a soil medium such as promix over coco. I used to run the Pure Blend Pro line with it and a lot of people have had issues with buildup in their lines because of the PBP line.
So I guess I will have to decide between just making a loaded soil mix and just water or run it with promix and nutes.
But then with the promix and nutes could you just feed them by hand watering and just run water through the blumats? I was going to hand water anyways later on during flower because I like to use molasses anyways.
I guess I'm just getting scared hearing about a lot of buildup problems in the blutmats with running nutes through them.

Even when I was running my dirtiest mix (Pure Blend Pro, Liquid Karma and other additives) it was still manageable. I always clean my lines in between runs. Usually that involves running bleach water through them and massaging the gunk out of the drip lines. You can't really massage the feed line; what I'll do is usually just slap it really hard all along the whole run with a metal yardstick. That usually kicks free some stuff that has managed to stick to the sides.
I have yet to run Canna long enough to see whether cleaning out every run is necessary, but it only takes 30 minutes max so I'll probably just keep doing it anyway. No need to take that kind of risk just to save 30 minutes.

Yes, there were several posts about the bleach eating up the soft components.
I run V+B, and just move them from one pot to the next, run a burst through them to purge the air and call it good. The only build up that I've gotten is right at the discharge tip, and I just roll the tube between my fingers.

I just rinse and re-use, but I'm just running water.

H2O2 is an oxidizer, just like bleach. I never clean anything!
Because of my hard well water I rinse the distributors in white vinegar to remove some minerals and iron deposited, especially on the threads. I soak them for an hour and then scrub with a toothbrush (nothing that would scratch the threads and alter the dripping action). Maybe a toothpick

I agree with the guys saying to go organic. It's a little bit of work on the front end mixing up the soil but for low maintenance growing it doesn't get any better than plain water through Blumats into organic soil. No more mixing nutes or dealing with a hot stinky res. Best move I made besides dumping hand watering for Blumats.
