hey dezer tom, yes the blueberry was the mother in that cross. In most of the capt.'s blue crosses its the blueberry that was the mother. I have his blueberry and bubbleberry going indoors right now as well. I will have to swing by with the pics. They are going on 20 inches right now so they look real nice. Good luck with yours

Mine are just now starting to kick into higher gear. Looking good now. Fat dark green indica leaves and purple stems.

I have 4 bluberryXshiva that topped themselves, just now starting to take root after I transplanted. Anyway you can see in the veg pic. Form an upside down peace sign or y shape depending on the plant. A few mutated leaves on some others too. Some have almost solid purple stems also, others just striped. I'll take this as a good sign.

Since the biggest bbxs and bubbleberry turned out male, I put the bbxs in flower and will hold back the bubbleberry. Hopefully the second bubbleberry will turn out female & I've already identified 1 female from the bbXs at least from the regular ones, we'll seehow the mutants turn out.

confirmed a second bbxs as female, I expect the 3rd to be female also. Bubbleberry I don't know, but I only grew out 4, 1 didn't germ & 1 died, the first was male, second looks male.Oh well, tally-ho, carry on. That's why I started plenty. I got at least 2 females & prolly a 3rd, so that will give me something to work with.

The rest in veg, the mutants are going to take longer except for the lone sativa leaning is starting to stretch. It is very interesting just because it is so different than the rest, all indica except for 1 sativa bbXs. I think the variation is the coolest part.

I've got a couple blueberryXshiva in flower that werent topped at all to get an idea of the stretch. The first has already doubled in height or so in the first 10 days of flower, the second just went into flower & the 3rd is being used for a temporary mamma & she is getting more purple stems every day. The mutants are turning out real well & all female so far, they just topped themselves is all & actually for the better as they are really developing a lot of bud sites & vegging to full maturity. I have cloned off a couple mutants, 1 is real bushy, more shiva influence, the other is the sativa with large internodal length. The others I will grow out untopped to see what happens. I also got a couple hindu kushXbubbleberry that are growing huge, but still can't tell sex. pics now.

heres the bushiest girl of the bunch with really tight internodal spacing, Im guessing leaning towards the kush.

the first mamma I picked from the first 3 female because she grew the best side branches, otherwise they were about the same. The other 2 are already in flower.

from what I've seen of other crip blueberry grows, this should be good. Help me choose a mamma 8+).

Answers for a few questions.....Most of my Blueberry crosses use a male Blueberry.The Shiva was a huge yeilding Indica of medium potency.The male Blueberry is an excellent donor for potency/color/odor.

they are really taking off now & I'll put some more into flower in the next 2-3 weeks.
I have a blueberry male in the corner of the veg, decisions, decisions...
Also still have bubbleberry beans in the fridge. Waiting for my new location.

I also stripped the lower tiny leaves & branches from the blueberries in flower as I read in another post by capt. crip. Only the tiny branches that won't amount to much.That way she can concentrate on the good top buds. 8+)

everything looking good, nutes are being added & fish emulsion. Blueberry seems to want more nutes than my other plants, getting yellowing lower leaves. So I'm hitting the others with nutes earlier in the flower period. Chrystals are forming about halfway down the bud leaves, good sign. Also the ladies that vegged longer to fuller maturity are showing a lot of purple color on the leaf stems & ribs or veins and purple stripes on the main stem. I ended up with 7 females, 2 males & 1 didn't germ. Out of the females there was 3 regular similar indica types, 4 mutants. The mutants just basically topped themselves, split into a Y & got bushier. Out of those were 3 indica dom again, but 1 was bushier than the rest, and 1 sativa dom. I'm getting clones out of all except the first 2 regular which are my sacrificial lambs.
