And #6, the plant formerly known as Mittens. I didn't pot her up and now she is the stinkiest of the five! I'm sure I'm gonna have to run her again in a proper-sized pot!

Healthy and gourd-geous! The training is really going to pay off. Nice work.

Lol, Thanks!

I forgot to mention that I forgot to switch lamps when I started flowering these. They've been flowering under a 400w MH. Put in the HPS tonight so they'll be on that here on out.

Party time. Them little ones sure do stink!

Yes and in this case the big boy out back has been declared stanky! What the gf describes as garbage or sour garbage, and I recognize as dank!

I haven't watered him much. It's been fairly cool and rainy, a couple of warmer days here and there. I gave him a nice compost tea drink with some 2-4-0 hydrolysed fish goo.

Guys at work are talking about frost Wednesday/Thursday, so we'll see how the stud weathers that. In the meantime, I snipped a branch and stuck it in a glass of water in the kitchen.

You can see some pollen spewage in the first couple pics. King of the Tomatillos!

Thanks WG! I just got him in a glass of water leaning over a glass pie dish last night. When I got home today there was some green dust on the dish. I tweezed the open flowers off onto the plate, as well as some that were getting ready to open.
I'll do this for a couple days or until somebody bumps it. I should collect plenty.

When I get time I intend on doing the wipe-it-on-your-finger thing, then pollenating some Blue Skyscraper branches.

The boy outside spewed some more pollen today. Winter storm warning and possible frost so we'll see if I can get any off him.

After I've finished collecting, I'll make sure it's dry, mix it with flour, then freeze it in bindles. I tried this method out with some pollen from an unknown Sagarmatha male and it worked well! I took out a frozen bindle, let it thaw for half an hour or so, then fingered on a branch of an Autoflower plant. I have no fucking idea what I have, but they're nice-lookin' seeds!

They are getting fat and frosty, by far the frostiest plants I've grown! They seemed to be enjoying the organic soil mix so last watering I gave 'em a compost tea souped up with some high P guano and some homemade CalPhos stuff and they started putting on the beef like the next day!

Pollen collection is going well, and yesterday got a branch on each of the five girls pollinated. The boy out back is doing well. We didn't have a frost here near the river but the high temp the other day was about 48 F. His pods are a beautiful purple and green. I'll get some pics soon, and some pollen off him, on a less windy day!

Hey looking real nice... for me I know when I started to get my organics routine down and introduced my own EWC and compost into the equation my plants have just been easier to keep happy and have turned out above my personal expectations. Your plants have a healthy, happy look to them for sure!

Thanks growbig! I have started to try to push these girls a bit, if that is possible with the organic stuff I use!

Tony, these are the frostiest ladies I've grown!

I think the frost is coming Thursday night so this guy's days are probably numbered. His pods have such beautiful striping!

Day 32

Day 32

He's gonna freeze his balls off tonight. It's been drizzling cold rain all day that will probably turn to snow. But the ladies inside are warm and toasty! And frosty!
