Hey tree I’m very honored that you decided to join and participate just so you know the cut came from Dansbuds in 2016 faithfully maintained by me and a friend over here in New York..Following along on this one.
I was recently gifted a cut of her from a fellow member here in Michigan.
Haven’t flowered her yet but will be soon.
I don’t think they were at the same time. We didn’t hear of GG 4 until years later. Did I miss something ?I've never smoked a real blue dream. I grew a clone of a knockoff, which didn't pass the grow it twice test. I know the real one has enough loyal fans that there is something special about it. For a few years blue dream and gg#4 were considered the two most popular strains in the country.
Sure do. Here is what it said.Nice you found some even older posts. Wonder why they didn't show in the search for me. Oh well doesn't matter.
Seems there is something about it in Jason King's Cannabible 3 from 2006. Anyone have the book?
When I learned how to really clean them out and keep them clean I couldn’t believe how much better the flowers were in the plant health , you were the one of the ones whose photos taught & inspired me
Speak on bb 130 cause I’ve never seen that designation until now.Nice!
BD is BB x SSH male
Johnny Blaze is lemon NH x BB130 male
Not sure, i may have been. Ive done so many forums over the years.Speak on bb 130 cause I’ve never seen that designation until now.
Weren’t you on cannetics back in the day.
Cause I have never seen anyone else with your handle ?
interesting, I have cultivated this crossbreed. Very good soothing but powerful smoke, this description comes up a lot, and this variety is indeed in that field as far as the high is concerned. There was on old Cbay seller called Bluegrass Seeds that had a popular SSH X BB cross called Blue Hen that I wouldn't be surprised is where Blue Dream came from. The timing is right.
I wouldn’t call it the strongest strain I’ve ever had by far I will call medium strength that’s my opinion but what it lacks in potency and please take that as a relative term it surely makes up for the quality of the bud and the flavor and most importantly the quality of the high I hate when people knock blue dream it’s probably one of the most famous and well-known strains on the planet in for a reason not to mention it’s also the highest yielding if you’re a commercial guy like me that’s a huge plusI’m late but ,this is one of the best and strongest strains I ever had,and I’m no rookie, I kno the real ones kno the power of the real blue dream it’s almost too strong. I def have to get a cut n my garden, and if memory serves it was branded by oaksterdamn university or something like that not familiar with California like that but I think the Bay Area had it underground before hand idk
Different strokes for different folks @flower~power,and now I kno how someone like snoop dogg felt when he said willie Nelson was the only person that ever out smoked him because the blue dream I had was a 4 hits and u could finish a whole 22oz of beer and never take another hit and the high fades no where I couldn’t hit it again I was scared, kudos to your amazing smokabilitiez’ sir!I wouldn’t call it the strongest strain I’ve ever had by far I will call medium strength that’s my opinion but what it lacks in potency and please take that as a relative term it surely makes up for the quality of the bud and the flavor and most importantly the quality of the high I hate when people knock blue dream it’s probably one of the most famous and well-known strains on the planet in for a reason not to mention it’s also the highest yielding if you’re a commercial guy like me that’s a huge plus
