I like them too man tbh.
Short maybe, but I'll know more on the clone run.
The ladies have kicked it up a notch since I increased their yum-yums. Resin production has started, surprisingly almost all the same terp profile like an aggressive green lemon.. my guess is the early cheesyness of the WR. Theres a couple still yet to discern including #7..

yes that sounds promising. EDIT .. while the WR has skunky/cheesy/parmisan AND some fruitiness..

i like the way you run your plants and really give them a workout over a couple of grows.. tells us so much more than just one run.

Looking great. I like the description of aroma so far.
Yo skunkfunk. 5/6 have almost identical terps.. #7 is the odd one out

yes that sounds promising. The LT kind of has a harsh soapy lemon cleaner smell but also kind of floral... while the WR has skunky/cheesy/parmisan AND some fruitiness..

Yo VG.. solid growers, beastly. Is this typical of white rhino and or WR progeny?
Aroma like lemon thyme. 21 days

hey dots they do look great!
the growth potential may be from the WR which was a big commercial cut in North London back in the 90's.. but there is good potential for hybrid vigor too i reckon...

Thanks @............. Love the look of them.. definitely see some BDB influence in there... but less variation with this WR cross it seems.
That said , #9 looks like it may be a monster !
(p.s. the WR always seems to get slight leaf tip burn for me whatever strength the soil/nutes have )

very nice looking plants @............. !
Yo Ja.. indeed bro, very exotic looking. I think the clone run will be interesting!

Yo VG I got an independent nose to sniff on the BDR..

'very herbal, hard to explain, mint/citrus mint, not super citrusy, finishes fruity'

The finish is like starburst candy to me.

In other news the clone from the fasciated pheno lives on!

I got most of the plant #'s mixed up in the previous post so disregard..
This is #6 not #9

Nice! also interesting... structure wise, including the buds, these look very like the BDB, although the leaves are similar to the WR. This is the first time ive used BDB in a cross and i'm surprised that it seems at this stage to be passing on its traits quite strongly.. and the WR is generally pretty strong in crosses itself.
The terps sound nothing much like either parent atm but that might change...
Lets see if the rooted cutting of 'the wild one' remains fasciated or grows out of it!

Nice, and nice pics ! the real no 9 is no slouch.... not quite as impressive looking as no 6... glad you are getting some BB terps.
4 weeks in and all to play for - resin coverage already pretty impressive...

Hey VG. Thanks bro. Shes terpy, the loudest and the earliest for resin and terps.. making Rhino D even more interesting

Dropped the light down today it ended up 13-1500ppfd. That's alot huh. I might dim them. They're pretty hardy, I starved them at the start and since let them be. Checking the run-off lately they began to creep up to to 2.3ec so flushed them with a weak solution and I'll check them tomorrow.
That garden is set @800-1000 co2. Four fertigations. Elevated co2 decreases transpiration so 65% rh and 27.5c leaf temp to keep below 30c room temp. This is the wk0-4 garden the BDR is due to move into the wk4-8 garden which runs cooler.

Meanwhile in veg..

Think I got a bit brutal with the topping

BDR#3 I've seemed to have lost track of this one I believe it may be the male I selected and cloned and have since forgotten I did :kos:

The aftermath. They have 2 weeks to veg 🙈 Late inclusion to cover the BDR#3 is Bubba D up the back looking sad unfortunately.. she was directly under the light before I moved her.

hi mate, hopefully bubba D will perk up.. i put males (or females i'm reversing) in round pots and use square pots for all my female plants... an extra failsafe because i'm a f'wit sometimes lol.. yeah the rhino has seemed to behave really well in all the crosses ive used it for... early days for some of them, seems to have great resin production and frosts up early too...

#7 the blueberry terps have a candy finish now too. Grape tape. My mind is already picturing pulling some pounds of this down.

They look great... good that there is a range of terp profiles by the sound of it... will be interesting if the BB terps develop a skunky or cheesy edge as they mature. The BDB occasionally has a burnt rubber smell that you would recognise as a part of the chem funk. I love the candy/sweet edge to some of the BDB plants as well so great that you are finding it.
superb show !
