weed growin with love in these dimensions (about 120 plants in bloom and 50 in veg) is already a job for itself if you ask me. but i got a 40h job besides my growing, this is more or less my hobby.
took down free tibet, new york city diesel which where growin on hydro. all i can say is that i can smell and see any differences between hydro grown and soil grown plants. the soil plants might have a little more odor. taste i dont know cause i didnt smoke any of the hydro stuff yet.
as i had to remove about 500l of soil i will be doing hydro only in future. only some soil plants. i put some plants into cocos today. so i am trying this medium the next time. i think it will be the best between soil and hydro growin. anyway back to the topic.
dRbreiT0r what strain is that in your avatar? Dont blame you for goin hydro its much easier. What kind of plants you plan on growing in soil, fruity/berry strains? I think dro allways makes it taste more musky. Sweet grow, I'm sure you have nerves of steel to grow that many at the same time.
when growing on soil under one of your 600's, what size containers are you using to get your yields of almost 1 gram/watt. how long are you vegging the clones/seeds for?
and when you grow from seed, how do you sex them? do you throw the seed into flower/ or take a cutting off of it to throw into flower? peace
dank1: blue moonshine
i dont know yet which i am goign to put into soil. and i even dont know if i am growing on soil anymore while blooming. only my mothers will stay on soil i think.
trinity: i dont use these containers anymore and i dont grow with seeds. i just grew out some seeds luc sent me to test. and they were feminized which were my conidtion to grow them as i normally only grow with cuts.
news news news
today will be total harvest day. everything will be cut down, the room will be cleaned out and some adjustments will be made. also i will be growing on cocos and cocos slabs in future to avoid to move 600l of soil in and out every 2 months.
the new grow will start in 2-3 weeks, as i will have to make the cuttings first and the climate at the moment lets my cuttings need at least 2 weeks to root.
