Week 5 flower.
left is Blimburn Kush Mints (topped). My second grow of this. I love the stuff. My friends all want more so it’s a hit.

on the right are 2 KM x Acapulco Gold (Barney’s farm) Not topped.
The KM looks like it is a week ahead of the crosses.

very similar morphology. The crosses are a bit smaller, especially untopped compared to a topped KM.
My first cross so I’m pretty happy with things at this point.

they got a healthy trim to open them up last week. They responded with a reflower spurt and the lower buds are filling in nicely.

this is 7 weeks flower, 3.5 veg, 22”. It got a trim to open it up a couple weeks ago and responded by pushing out some new sugar leaves. It’s pretty small considering it says 5’ in the description. Small pheno maybe but in looking around none of the ones I saw were very tall.
The structure is short, chunky, thick stem bush. A lot of resin. The buds are dense and heavy.

I cut a few early buds and gave them 4 days in the Cannatrol for an early taste.

This is the most flavorful smoke i have ever tried or grown hands down. Absolutely intense flavor. Mango, pineapple, soapy(?) with some fuel. The potency is very high. Euphoria, energy, focused buzz. This is the first plant I have grown where I would warn someone about how strong it is.

8 weeks flower in a couple days.
Front is kush mint cross with Acapulco Gold. Behind is a Kush Mint.

The 2nd Kush Mint cross. I’ll top both 1/2 way down and let the lowers cook for another week. I had some thrips blow up on this and sprayed Lost Coast where I could without hitting buds.

8 weeks of flower.
the 2 crosses on the right will get their top half chopped tomorrow and the bottom halves will get another week along with the Kush Mint. These are all 3’ tall for reference.

test smoke buds of Future 1.
this is supposed to be a kush mint and KM cross thread but this F1 is in the same batch and it is an interesting cultivar.

harvested the Future 1 and the yield was absolutely tragic at 304g wet for an estimated 2.7oz dry. I had pulled a few buds out early to test smoke (4 days in the cannatrol) and had 3 friends to help with a small harvest. Mostly it was just a smoke sesh. Each of them had a stunned look on their face after the first puff of F1and said something like - wow. All of them said “I can feel that” after one puff. It was hands down the favorite of the day with lots of choices. Super smooth, super flavor and strong as hell. I think there are other flavors that are more appealing to me but none as strong as this F1. the flavor is intense lemon/pine with a bit fuel on the exhale. The buzz lasts a couple hours with some body relaxation, strong euphoria and contentment. It will make you smile and laugh.

I normally cull runts but let this one go. Whenever I have finished a runt it seems they often have more flavor and pack a stronger punch than expected.

I will certainly grow this one again soon to see if I can get more yield and match the flavor and potency.

Below are the 2 crosses (AGxKM) after taking the upper half of each a couple days ago. Plenty left on each. Both decided to throw out some more white pistils. The Acapulco Gold parents did this routinely. They flowered until you got sick of them and took ‘em. I’ll go 1 more week on one and 2 weeks on the second to see if there is a difference.
