There's enough prof that millions of people are clueless. If you didn't think the USA is worse than other countries this should open your eyes.

Frosting the cake with peremptory pardons for all.

So that means for the future, anyone who gets the votes gets to go unlimited on rape, pillage and plundering our country.

Not long after Biden takes office Trump will be in China selling our intel since they will be the highest bidder.

Just thought I’d take a moment, and observe that this “stop the steal” bullshit genuinely IS a coup attempt: an effort to overthrow the elected government via hysteria and demagoguery sown freely among a deceived populace. If the Dems ever tried *anything* even REMOTELY like this, GOP wouldn’t keep showing up in court with no evidence. The reason the GOP can bring no evidence of real fraud is because the real fraud is on their plate: Trump’s direct and massive attack on the election, without any demonstrable basis, without any tangible evidence - endlessly insisting the election won’t be over until the election is thrown out and Trump is re-seated.

This bullshit is completely without constitutional merit: as demonstrated by the document itself, as elaborated by every founder who took up pen to address the subject, as displayed clearly in the body of US election law. It is a deliberate attempt to overthrow the elected government and install a usurper in violation of every law. Every one raising his or her voice in support of this effort is calling for treason, tyranny, and an end to constitutional government. They are calling for the destruction of our government, of the rule of law, and of every fundamental notion on which the nation is based: a worse outcome than mere bloody revolution, the calls are to make America a failed state, to end the American experiment in self-government, to mock and destroy every ideal and principle enshrined in the Declaration, in the Constitution, and in the hearts of every citizen since the very beginning of our nationhood.

To support or encourage this effort, and the rabble-rousers and traitors who have set themselves on this path, is to be a self-confessed traitor with the stated goal of breaking the electoral process by which we govern ourselves and installing in its place a tyranny - a dictatorship outside and above the laws of human society, of law and order, of ‘the will of the people’. They are dead set against the continued existence of the USA, whatever noises they make, and they appear ready to go to violent extremes to bring the nation down.

The evidence of this is everywhere. It is linked, quoted, and pushed here every day by citizens who imagine, somehow, that calling for the overturning of the election and of the administration that would rise from the election, is somehow an act of bravery, of patriotism, of citizenship, and not the selfish and senseless need to burn it all down, break it to pieces, punish those they’ve been taught to hate for “making them do this”. It is posted here every day by people in other nations who praise our downfall, call it good, rational, justified...but I wonder how they would like it if they saw their *own* franchise stripped from them, saw government pass beyond any hope of citizen influence, found themselves dealing with imposed insanity instead of reason, order, logic. In short, I wonder how those who cheer the traitors among us and praise their treasonous acts would respond to those calling for despotism in their own land, military tribunals and public executions for the political opposition, for imaginary crimes built from hate and lies and the desire for power, in their own land - if they woke up one day, discovered they were Tutsi, and their neighborhood was filled with screams as the Hutu arrived....

It must be stopped. It *will* be stopped.

*NOW* is the time for all good people to come to the aid of their nation.

"Attempt" is the key word in your analysis because there is no traction for a coup from anyone in an official position to assist in enabling trump. Barr has drawn the line. Republican governors in the key states have certified the elections in spite of pressure from trump and Pence. In social media it appears that the followers have gone quiet. Maybe in right wing circles the propaganda is still spinning, but likely, as have red state governors and Billy Barr, many have resolved that it's over. All that's left is bravado and a lame brained attempts at saving face.

Wait a minute. Biden is wearing a boot because he's hiding an ankle tracking device after being arrested? Please tell me that people are not actually believing that!
Do the tighty righties here on icmag buy into that? Is that a widespread belief?

Something for Trump supporters to consider: Trump runs in 2024 and the exact same thing happens but in reverse, and Biden refuses to concede, claiming widespread election fraud etc etc. Angry Biden supporters harassing election officials, endless court cases etc all the bells and whistles. Are you still comfortable with the precedent being set?

I saw a special edition mag from "Time" at the supermarket checkout. It had a picture of biden, and was captioned "The 46th president".

Gonna be a collector item. I hate to support the publisher, maybe I should steal all of them in a brown paper bag.

Maybe you should get arrested doing it.

I'll post this on the first post because it looks like it is being updated as more admissible in court evidence of fraud is uncovered.

The site you link is misnamed: should be herearetheaccusations.com

It is itself evidence that the attempted overthrow of the US is being engineered by morons. Search it all you want, it’s designed to keep you ragefully distracted, go pump that adrenaline - it’ll keep you young!

GOP holds every House seat
GOP gains 12 House seats
Statewide GOP’s make gain

Trump had 95% party approval rating, highest ever.

But he lost.

Biden lost 212 more counties than Obama did in 2012 (Biden won 477 counties vs Obama who won 689), yet Biden magically gained 13 million more votes than Obama.

Biden won 17% of the counties in the US. Trump won 83%.

Of the top 58 bellwether counties since 2000, Trump won 51 by an average of 15 points, Biden won 7 by an average of 4 points.

Of 19 best predictors for 40 yrs, Trump won 18 of them.

Even Democrats know that’s insane.

Tonight some educated liberal told me that affidavits given by 100's eye witnesses were not evidence.

Can't wait for a Biden administration so we can go back to pointless wars and shipping jobs back to China. Fun times.

Requesting a ballot in your daughter’s name would require an address to send it to and a signature.
I would think it would be relatively easy to track down election fraud related to mail in voting and state prosecutors have good reason to prosecute to the fullest extent possible and set some public examples.

PS. Judge Brann may have been appointed by President Obama, but Judge Brann is an active member of the republican party and is also a member of the Federalist Society.

Clearly you do not know what you are talking about. Mail in ballots did not have to be requested in Pa. Absentee ballots however did need to be requested and with the help of Trump's lawyers we found out that someone requested an absentee ballot in her name.

Fortunatly they did not fill it out. So when she voted in person she did meet the same fate as 1000's of other Pa. voters who were told a vote was already cast in there name.

As far as the judge he refused to hear the evidence and basically ruled that it was too late to file because the election was over. Weeks before the election another Pa. judge dismissed because no damages had occured. Nifty trick.

A couple of Pa. congressional candidates seem to have the support of 5 justices for SCOTUS to hear the case. If SCOTUS hears the case it's game over... equal protection clause/ civil rights violation of 100's of thousands.

Donald Trump is not going to be running in 2024. He's only allowed to serve 2 terms.
