It's in the works. As far as local prosecutors, Philadelphia DA refusal to charge certain groups of criminals with crimes when caught does not inspire hope they are an honest unbiased group.

Besides the absentee ballot issue she also recieved 4 mail in ballots. She still has them because she voted in person on 11/3/2020

Interesting: in my state, she would have been required to surrender those ballots at the polling place for official disqualification before she would have been allowed to vote...can’t believe you’d let your daughter be so irresponsible...oh, wait...yes I can

no, they voted against donald trump. all the numbers bear this out. the amount of people that actually voted for Biden because they like Biden is not too high. more people simply voted to vote out trump and biden was the other choice. i wanted to watch bernie piledrive trump into oblivion but watching trump and his supporters break down and go full unhinged fascists by losing to sleepy joe has made up for that.

The mail in ballots have to be in the envelope with the bar code to stop anyone from trying to vote more than once. If it’s not in that it won’t be counted. If they were all mailed in only one would count, unless the vote is in person as well, then none would.

We will find out if the system works. Thankfully the Obama Judge in Pa. quickly dismissed Trump's lawsuit. We'll see what happens in the 11th circuit. They will win in the supreme court due to a massive civil rights violation involving selective ballot curing

Evidence that the media has been wrong about everything for the last 4 years is a pretty good indication they can not be counted on to get this correct.

Trump's lawyers have a great civil rights case in Pa. thanks to a DNC lawsuit which proves selective ballot curing prior to the election which is totally illegal.

Williams College Professor Steven Miller, a Yale and Princeton trained math expert, said he analyzed Pennsylvania ballot data collected by former Trump campaign data chief Matt Braynard as well as 2,684 voter interviews conducted by a phone bank and found two concerning patterns. One involved possible votes that were not counted, the other ballots that appeared to be requested by someone other than a registered voter. My daughter was one of the 2,684 interviews. Someone requested an absentee ballot in her name. The election fraud in Pa. is off the charts.

Steven Miller did make a declaration. He is a highly qualified mathematician. It is two pages long and makes estimates from very limited data which he extrapolates to the ‘entire population’. I would be extremely surprised if it is considered to have met the burden of proof of widespread voter fraud.

And if they provide legitimate evidence that the judge(s) consider meets the burden of proof, I will accept the outcome.

If true, that is 78 ballots, which would not be enough to toss an election.
If they have severe mental illness, they probably voted for trump.
