Doesn't look like a peaceful protestor to me. Looks like he's equipped to commit an act of (technically defined) kidnapping, which a person is eligible for when they wrongly arrest another's movement with zip-cuffs.

personally, i wish i had the time and money to take one and brush up. i think it would only make me wiser. the mini course they had in my psychology class at community college was like 15 years ago.
