Its been months. There is no "disputed states." States like PA and Georgia have already undergone recounts and audits. They keep finding that Joe Biden won. Why on Earth are they only disputing swing states and the Presidential votes? If they were serious they would do an entire recount of all 50 states and do both Presidential and Down ballot votes. The fact that they're disputing states they lost is a huge tell.
If they were serious, they would agree to "if the Audit takes longer than January 20th Congress will certify Acting President Nancy Pelosi.

Their goalposts must have wheels on them by now. First it’s count all the votes, then recount, then 60+ failed or tossed lawsuits, then Supreme Court, then whatever they think will happen on the sixth. Flynn’s martial law re-election option is probably not ruled out.
