I expect more than a military.

I expect a government to protect its citizens from hunger too.

Healthcare should be paid by taxes just like our roads and schools.

Okay. I believe the government shouldn't infringe on my health care. Not in the constitution.

And really? Hunger? No body wants people hungry but we don't have bread lines unlike communists governments have

We're not asking the government to support us. The citizens support the government. When a crisis strikes the people, the government should step up and support the citizens. It's not rocket science.

The government giving us $1200 is not a hand out. It's our fuckin money! Kanye West got between $2,000,000-$5,000,000. Joel Osteen and other evangelists got millions. Tom Brady got $900,000. Why the fuck are rich people using our money to support shit businesses? I thought capitalism is earned, right? Bootstraps and all that? Risk and rewards?! How come the government is giving rich people OUR fucking money to support their capitalism???

Any and all stimulus should've gone directly to the citizens.

The money you give cooperation and the wealthy disappears into an ocean of wealth. Money given to people who need it will go to finance payments, mortgages, food and services. Exactly what stimulates the economy.

TLDR Giving our own money to us so we can survive goes right back into the economy and then right back government coffers thru taxes.

The only side effect is that people don't lose their homes and they can feed their children. Oh no! The horror!

Maybe we should correlate the amount of relief checks to the amount of taxes an individual paid in to the system....
