Im not buying shit, nor do I plan on going out into public til it is long over. Most peeps on my list get weed for xmas or edibles.

Tomorrow marks day 1 of my holiday hermit season, I lay low til Jan 2nd as I hate large crowds, the general public and standing in lines.

most products can be found pretty cheap online all year using froogle.com so retail stores are almost obsolete. Coupon codes are the shit too, a 2 second google search saved me $60 and got me free shipping on the last item I bought online.

Wifey got a grant to buy DVD's for the library so she went to Wally late last night and scored bigtime. Since we have our own at home Thanksgiving today, (because I can cook way better than those lame-ass relatives who put guts in their gravy) the plan is to eat early and watch movies til the turkey nap kicks in and then watch some more after pie.

A big plus is being able to squeeze off those huge turkey farts without a hoard of little kids screaming and running out of the room.

walmart is always like that here. i hate going there unless its after midnight. everytime i go there, i get stuck behind a few families at the entrance, and they all seem to stop and gather

i had to hit walmart today for trash bags and prepaid phone cards....wow what a fucking mess. the whole store smelled like fart from all the fat people being gassy from thanksgiving. lines out the door...kids running around screaming. and to top it off...earlier in the morning a shooting occured where 3 thugs tried to rob someone walking out of walmart...


back home and couldnt be happier....big crowds and the smell of turkey farts are not appealing to me....no matter how much of a deal you can get on that crappy no-name brand TV...

I've seen a few articles on net that says lcd / led market is flooded - sales down, everyone and their grandma makes 'em, and the deals all this season are gonna be STUPID...

Just wait for the 'open box' returns after the holiday season. May not necessarily be through your local retailer but some online companies specialize in that. I've never been disappointed with open box stuff...peeps get it, open it up and for whatever reason pack it back up and you get a huge discount. My favorite way to buy electronics if you know what you're looking for and did your research beforehand. You still get the original warranty.
