Black Domina from Sensi Seeds

great plants is black domina sometimes called 'the dom' ? heard that quite a bit but don't know if they have anything to do with each other.

I've had a couple phenos of Black Domina, and one seemed to be a bit more hashy/peppery than the other one. The hashy nugs were very dense, with thick brick red hairs. It was definitely a late night knockout buzz. The other pheno was ok, but didn't strike me as anything out of the ordinary. If you find the hashy pheno, hold on to it. You won't regret it.

I tried a nug of BD at the local med club. It was recommended by the owner... I found it like most say. Spicy/foody, strong as anything he had at the shop.

Not my favorite taste, but great buzz...

BD is at least 1/4 Ortega.

I am growing LUI, and I see and feel similarities in this one pheno. Not my favorite taste, by any means, but a super soothing indica buzz. LUI is 1/2 Ortega... Cool when genetics seem to line up. Makes me think there MAY actually be some concreteness to this genetic thing. (With the right breeders, of course).

Mine has a very strong head high too, so I'm guessing this is the "haze" pheno people are talking about. The high fits the description. Love to smoke BD and laugh my ass off at David Letterman. I don't last much longer than 30 or 40 minutes once I smoked a couple bowls, before the Dominatrix knocks me out.

we have a jar of BD curing now for about 6 weeks, along side some of rez's offering's and some jack herer..

the BD is the last bud asked for by friends.. it's ok, but not great... we will try a few more seeds...maybe a better pheno is tobe had...

Black Domina is good smoke, very distinctive flavor, makes great crosses.

I've only grown the cross with Williams Wonder, that was excellent, that was 4 yrs ago .... dilution of the genetics maybe??

I've been tempted to try something from Sensi Seeds, but I did a grow with Doublegum and they never germinated. I admit the seeds were two years old, but I've heard of much older seeds germinating with no problems.

Black Domina reporting has been mainly anecdotal to read. Detailed grow reports and medical efficacy documentation by other chronic pain patients has been a bit too thin for me to justify shaking out some shekels for some seeds from Sensi Seeds. Say it three times real fast.

Anyway, maybe this deserves more attention. It's been on my list, but then again there are some others that have been on my list for a while too.

out of 10 seeds i got like 6 to germinate and they were sso slow to come around. i did underfeed(nitrogen) and cooler temps to try to force out males. bd is notorious to to give low fems, so i tried my best. fortunatly, i got 2 fems from the 6 (almost twice the usual for bd lol hahah). im so stoked too because i got the "definitive domina" which is thick, dense and "dominering" and the skinny n stretchy "stankonia" pheno, which is more laid back, less dense but super, duper danky. im in between cams right now and cant get my new canon to snap a decent pic. il take some pics of both when i figure this out. from the bd ive had in the past, it is one hitter quiter expando smoke. narcotic and cloudy. i totally agree with "the dark high" therum. if a human being walked by this thing 10.000 years ago on a hunt, hed stop, smell and then smoke it, then starve from munchies and be too lazy too get em till the next afternoon. not for socialising with strangers when grown optimally haha. i'm realy excited about my 2 mamas. i took rounds of cuts to pick the fastest rooters as mamas.

i was told that the pheno u r looking for is the 'ortega'.. what ever that means... we popped i think 5 or 6 of the 15seed pack (old seed pack) and got 3 fem's, all looked very similar, and could not tell them apart growing or smokin em. good smoke, but no way near the 'grail'.. gave em a 6.8 on the badenoff meter..

Memories of a black domina pheno bring a warm smile to my face. That spicy herb was potent and the buzz was very unique. Dark is a good term someone already mentioned. Take me back to the dark side.
