Big Question

I'm flowering 14 days in. I'm folding the big leafs! Like if you made a circle with your thumb and first finger and pulled it over the bigger leaf.
The big leafs that I've tided up like this are like leather but there still green and alive. I'm tring to get more light to the tops.
How Much Stress will this cause my plant? in flowering enough to Hermi?

If ur tucking them out the way or something similar then it should barely cause any stress at all ... I cut my plants leaves during flowering if need be (which causes a lot more stress then folding i'd imagine) and it doesn't negatively effect my plants at all, altho i grow bushes usually so they hav shit loads of leaves to spare lol.
Folding should b fine mate.

haha o ok ... can u post pics? this sounds like an interesting idea ... are u rolling them up like a $20 note or something? ... or into a ball? ... Either way i dnt think it would cause much stress to the plant

if your trying to get more light to bud sites, your better off tucking or tieing back the leaves, b/c the leaves act like solar panals collecting light & co2 & converting it into energy for bud growth.

Dr, Don't have a camera just yet. I'm taking pipe cleaners and making little circle around the stem of the big leaf and pulling the pipe cleaner almost off the short leafs on the sided turns upside down. Tucking the big leafs only last so long I bet they don't last acouple hours and they start blocking my LIGHT! AGAIN LOL J/K Its Friday!

I'm wit da dr. on this one.
I usually end up cutting the largest leaves off if they become a problem.
Sidenote: I remember reading about the tric. development, and what it has to do with training plants. In a sense the plant thinks it's being attacked and will put out more tric. to combat this attack so to speak. Not sure how much weight that really holds but...
