I didn't say it has no place, i can see why it's good for some people if benefits outweigh the positives but for clear thinking, being high 24/7 is terrible.
If you have too much in your system you don't have proper REM sleep, and if you never take breaks the need for REM builds up and sleep becomes just like being passed out instead of refreshing deep sleep.

I would have thought that keeping our endocannabinoid system in steady supply would beneficial.
IMPE alcohol, even if I "passed out" from over indulgence; created agitation and very poor sleep.
I've not experienced that same effect with over indulgence and/ or daily consumption long term with cannabis.
Occasionally when I over indulge with medibles, I sleep like a rock.
