How noisy are the smaller vortex fans, like the 4" and 6"? I've potentially got very a similar problem, just on a smaller scale, the Wattage per cubic foot is identical with my 250W in a 2 x 1.5 x 3 or 4, currently under design. I have serious space constraints but am hoping to get my 250W back in action. Like you I'd be cooltubing it, but still need a fast rate of airflow.
