Actually if I didn't have the Mighty, I would probably buy the Solo2.
Only tried the Air2 and it was pretty good, but still the Mighty is more powerful in my opinion.
So if your budget allows it, go with Mighty.

Cheers

Mighty and solo are quote different. Solo is restricted draw while mighty has very free draw. Some will like one and some the other. Mighty is probably the more powerful one.

I had Solo2 for two and half years. Simple to use and very easy to maintain. Get some half inch screens, dome them out and use them in the bowl. Or leave out the screen and fill the bowl with pieces of bud. One stem in iso bath and one in use. Clean the oven sometimes.

I now use a vapcap. It's pretty good honestly. Hits are of good quality and it's kind of nice to use and hold. Cleaning is fairly easy and it doesn't gunk up much. I don't like the torching part so I got an induction heater.

Decided to invest in one. Vaporizer Chief looks promising so far but if anyone has suggestions please indulge me. I dont live somewhere you can go buy the good ones so onlines the way to go for me
I've been using Vapospy to find reviews and prices and ended up buying a MightyPlus from DankRiot for $318.00 total ($283.00 + 35.00 shipping). I like it so much I don't want to overuse it and so I just bought a Arizer ExtremeQ for the home from DankRiot for 141.00 total ($115.99 + $25.00 shipping). Shipping sucks but the price is still better than getting it direct from the manufacturer with free shipping.

And for your own info avoid CreamCity Vapes. They make you wait 15 business days for your order as per their policy and in my case after 15+ days they were making some excuse about prioritizing my order but by that time I had already cancelled their transaction with my cc company. I also asked them a question about the sale and they never got back to me. Buttholes! :poop:

Thanks for the info.Well i had one of those little battery charged vapes for a while but i know you have to spend some cash to get a decent one. I'll start with planet of the vapes and work my way down. Probably only have a few hundred dollars to spend though. Those volcanos look pretty top notch but man $700
You don't want a volcano because that is for parties and big bowls of weed. If you have 3 or 4 people vaping it's pretty cool. Anything with more than one straw is for groups with a lot of weed. 😎

Solo two is not my liking because it's very weak and only has one-hitter glass loads. It will get you high and it has a super battery but the loads are so small. I don't recommend Solo for heavy vapers however it may be ok for newbies or people with weak systems. 😎

Arizer Extreme Q takes a long time to heat up and a whole lot of weed to get a cloud. I used it about 4 times and put it up and haven't used it again. It takes too long to get high and I don't like the high it gives me. I don't recommend it unless you have a large group of people sharing the rubber straw. 😎-00

Volcano is great for one person. Only ok for more than one imo. Multiple straws?

Have you actually used these vapes you are talking about? Solo2 bowl takes about 0.15g. not huge, but fairly common vape bowl size.

I wouldn't say it if I hadn't used them. Of course I have them in my collection of vapes. I go by how stone I get, or how pleasant or intense a high is. Friend, there are some ripoffs out there taking advantage of the cannabis gold rush. I have been screwed a couple of times buying low-quality appliances. Focus Pro, Pax, Arizer ExtremeQ, Solo 2 are all put to the side vaporizers I just don't care for. I only use the one I like so I bought 3 of them. I can have a charged vape anytime I want and a quality buzz.
Don;t get me wrong Solo 2 will get you high and the battery is the best one I have ever seen in any vaporizer. A lot of new people may like it just fine and that is to say the same about all the vapes above. However for "me" I have my fav does me just right and all the others are put to the side. photo- Solo 2 with tiny one-hitter glass.

Ok, just wondering, because that doesn't reflect my experience with the solo2. I find it quite powerful and I went to the solo from my vapexhale, which surely wasn't weak... It was the most powerful way to use flower I have ever tried. I'm kind of interested in the ballvapes, but they don't seem like daily drivers and the price is very high.

Which vape do you use?

I've been using a Pax3 for the last six months or so - havent touched my bong since. Really nice, well made, sturdy & easy to clean. Discreet, like a normal vape. USB charger, lasts about 10 smokes between charges. Best bit is how on the first few tokes you can taste all the terps. Flavour is so much better than from smoking.

Boundless CFX

Haven't tried that one. Reasonable price and big bowl by the looks of it.

I've set myself a consumption limit for a few years now. My weekly allowance is 3.5g which is ofc 0.5g per day, but after harvests I slip ( ) and vape without limits. I find I can be most high with this dose. Doubling to one gram per day the quality of the high starts to suffer. At three + grams per day I can vape all the time, but I don't get properly high anymore. It was like that when I smoked bongs too.

Hi Creeperpark,
I can agree with solo having a small bowl. Did you try mighty? Heard the cfx is quite similar in performance.
Of all vapes I tried - air, mighty(own), volcano, plenty, grasshopper(own), pax, extreme q, vapcap(own)... I prefer mighty and grasshopper for the vapor quality.
The vapcap is cool but too small, air was ok but lacks something(maybe because of conduction), volcano is excellent but bags are not my thing... The plenty is very powerful but the design is weird.
Grasshopper is a special vape, huge clouds and taste is excellent. Monster performer...sadly it stopped working so got the mighty for a replacement...and never needed anything else(except the bubbler).
I heard of some wooden small vapes from Finland that perform crazy good but I forgot the name.
Anyway, my point is...get the best vape you can rather than buying something you won't be happy with. It's like chosing a girl to live with every day. You want the best you can get :)

Cheers

Jeez, wooden and performs well... That's the tiny might. I can't believe I had not realized it's a finnish product. I would have gotten one already.

Edit: i don't think there's a best vape. Some suit some users and styles of use better.

Ditto on that CFX. I compare that to my Mighty and Crafty in feel but the CFX is a real performer. I use it almost exclusively with the water attachment and a bong. Not all vapes will milk a bong. This one has no problem.

So many vapes out there. It all depends what kind of toker you are? Some vapes are for partying or groups. Others are more single use but more than one hit. Some are one-hitters. Conduction. Convection. Hybrid.

That's why you need to buy them all and try them out. LOL

I just sold this entire group as one lot. LOL I was selling my vapes one at a time but shipping costs grew so fast that it's hard to ship stuff today. Figure 10 to 15 bux for anything that weighs over 13 ounces. I have vapes I would sell for 20 to 30 bux but shipping becomes too big a part. This entire lot fit in a Flat Rate box.

I had the Solo 1 and 2. The Solo 2 is pretty nice. I sold mine. Not sure why. Just didn't quite fill all the needs for me. I still have my Arizer ArGo. Really nice for a portable. Changeable battery, multiple mouthpieces. Very nice. Arizer has a good name.

Don't let the VapCap fan Boys over at fuckcombustion talk you into something you don't want. LOL If you want to try a butane vape, let me know and I'll show you how to make a super cheap one that is a knock-off of the Vaponic. An all glass, pure convection vape is the cleanest, most tasty hit you'll ever take. Very very nice. However, butane vapes are a pain in the ass. LOL And, Heaven forbid you take one out on the street and look like a total crackhead. LOL Butane vapes are neat but they are not for everyone. LOL

Some things for you to consider.... will you need a swappable battery? Most vapes are limited to 6 or 8, maybe 10 sessions. If you want something to last more than that, swappable batteries is a thought.

And, mouthpieces. I like glass and I like something that feels like a cigarette. Lots of sizes and shapes out there.

And, like I said before... are you going to use it with a bong? Make sure it has an adapter available. I don't think the Crafty or Mighty will adapt to a bong.

And, how much do you want to smoke at one time. Some vapes allow you to put small hits in the bowl and others do not.

Just tossing stuff out that I ran into testing all the vapes I had.
Would like to try the butane approach if you could explain how it is done.

Here are a couple vids that show it better than I could tell. After the vids are a couple of the home made versions I tested.
