best design for a small breeding facility

Greetings from Alaska.
I was hoping to get a discussion going about what the best designs are for a small breeding facility, under 500 sq ft.
Has anyone in here built a DIY or professional breeding area?
Would love any input...Thank you in advance.

the obvious ones are HEPA intake and exhaust filters, and totally sealed rooms into a lung room with an extra HEPA. My big thing is to not cross contaminate pollen. Has anyone in here that is breeding ever built their own facility?

All you need to prevent cross contamination is some water & an exclusion device such as a parchment paper bag.

Put your pollen in the corner of the bag & tie it to the branch you want to pollinate & seal the bag around the branch.

Leave it for a day or two, shaking it to ensure good pollen coverage.

Spray the plant down w water before removing the bag then spray the bag & it's contents.
