Been running them for a while with my Vortex (cadillac-indestuctible) fan... seems like a good idea with cartridge replacement etc..
Will have to say not too impressed with there performance.. has worked for me because Im not in an environment where I need
"immediate" odor control.. i.e I have a small amount of distance
between the neighbors..... If you are in an environment where
you are "compacted" with neighbors it is not a good choice.
It is "good enough" for me but really doesnt do a "great job"...
Thanks goodness Im not in that predicament. When the ole Vortex
decides to die and Im up for replacements I will not go with the Air box and transition to something better. The concept is great and it does filter most but if you are in a situation where you need "absolute odor control" I would go with something else. Opinions are abroad on this site, Just giving you my 2 cents.... When in doubt if you are in a populated area... I wouldnt go with it.. Works for me for now but like I said.. when I go for a rebuild I wont go with the airbox.
