never have flowered out the bubba yet, and i am stoked to finally be able to try her
lucky for me she has been rooting as well so i have a bunch more to flower soon
thinking..................... she vegges so damn slow........and flowers in what 60ish days i think
i might throw one or two outside this year

that's what i am thinking
i plan to have the mother/clone section on top of the flower cab
my buddy who set my veg lights up for me will be helping with the design
i can only keep one mom so it will be Casey Jones

but i have cuts from all my mothers to give to a friend close by who grows
he is also getting all my growing gear as well - lucky bastard :friends:

:edit: we are still negotiating here in the bear cave, lets wait and see what ol bear can pull off :wink:

Right on Bear! If you don't have that much room in the veg area you could also just take cuts from cuts instead of keeping a Mom. My buddy has done this for years with great success. This way they always stay small and you could keep more of a variety. Just some things to think about.

Hey Bro! Things are looking good in the den. Awesome pix! Glad to hear you're working things out w/your lady. I don't know much about your situation, but I say if it will keep the family together, that's what you got to do. Keep a small flower box, and as many moms as you can, and go back to outdoor growing. Just my $.02 though.

Meeee too! Have you tried dan-gro/rockwool cubes? My success has gone up greatly since I started using them. Plus I have been taking more cuts than I need to anticipate losing some. Once I started doing that they all started rooting. lol You are lucky you can widdle it down to 3 or 4. I have 14 right now and am not sure if I want to get rid of any. lol The wife is going nuts for sure. haha

I have an extra aero cloner I can give you, but I dont know if thats too big for your new setup? Let me know, its an 80 site with your name on it! You will be AMAZED how easy it is.

Try some good old peat pellets. Soak em, strike the cuttings, and dont use ANY HORMONES. I know, sounds loony, but in my experience, adding anything at all gives the beasties something to chew on. Have had the most consistent results using PLAIN water until roots are WELL established.

Even if I get a little antsy, and throw in some stims, or b1 or something, it always gives me leaf discoloration, and a slower strike.

Basically, just leave the lid on for 2-3 days straight, dont take it off at all. Then, crack the lid 1/4", next day 1/2", on and on, gradually removing the lid more and more until its off completely. By this time (about the 3rd - 5th day), the pellets are getting a little dry, so I pour 1/4" -1/2" of plain water into the tray.

Within a day or two of taking the lid off (you may have to put it back on for a few hours or so if the clones start to wilt a little) you should start seeing roots pop out of the bottom of the pots. Keep adding water as needed until you have the bushy root mops you are looking for!
