Basement grow Issues

I have 6 foot ceilings in my basement as well, and run 30 1kw DEs down there now. The trick is short veg cycles, lots of small pots (we do 16 2 gallon plants per light) and prune, Phosphoload and bend to keep the canopy short. We get a little light bleaching here and there, but it's less than half an oz per 10 light crop. If I see no bleaching, our plants are too small or the bulbs need replacing, lol

Wow. You fun DE's in a 6' basement? I thought I was pushing it by running 1000w regs in my 6' basement. That's shitload of ladies you gotta deal with though, lots of work. Good on ya. I did that for a while doing 300+ plant sogs and just gave up cause of the work. Too much transplanting for me.

Yep, the trick is to break it into smaller grows and do it perpetual. Mine is a 3x10, flower 9 weeks, chop one 10 lighter every 3 weeks and refill from separate veg room. Means transplanting 180 every 3 weeks, instead of 540 every 9.

Yep, you want 78 or so with lights on, and as warm as you can keep it in the dark (ideally 78, but the less temp swing the better.)

Do your roots have tiny brown spots on them? I hope they don't, because if you do you might want to take a loupe and look at them. Bugs that latch on and eat your roots can cause leaf yellowing. I had root aphids once, and they made my girls look like they were bleached.
