Cheers everyone!:)

Bangi doing good. Under T5's at moment in 1l pots and will get put into 4l pots and into flowering soon. Lovely smells coming from them already!

Plan to try some cuttings of the earliest outside. Saw in this thread that Esbe just got his to finish at his latitude but plants flower about a month behind here from what I have seen. Worth a try though and will be interesting to see how resistant they are to the Scottish weather. Hope to make pure seeds from them and also try a cross with an auto to see if the F1's will finish outside to.

Think they are at 2.5 weeks now.

Hey Superstone,

Loving the Bangis already, they have such potential!

Hope you get to grow them out some day, lovely growing plants so far!

Keen to go straight up, a wee tie or two early on has brought the branchs up so I could get plenty cuttings from them. Top stem was bent horizontal again after photo and then they all went in to FLOWERING:jump:

Did well under the T5's, good to give them some space now in the big room. Due to having used some of my 4.5 ltr pots already 4 had to go into 6l pots

Unfortunately I have to have the wee tent on 24hrs light due to lack of ventilation and a complete lack of lightproofing in the design of the tent. An advantage to this though is that 4 or 5 have started showing preflowers, with one having shown sex( teeny wee pistil) a few days ago. She has been marked for a go outside if she continues to be early. The others are to small but look female except for one that is possibly male. Would have expected males to have shown if any at this stage so really pleased to have what looks like a very early female.

Lovely smell of them, reminds me of the carroty smell that came from some of the Himalayan landraces that I grew in the summer, lovely, reminds of the outdoor growing so very cool;)

And while I may have had a threesome, I've never had a foursome,

Congrats Hoots :) such an improvement in a short time!

They look short and thick like bangi haze should be, the crazy or 3 branch/node is quite common in the strain. Smoking some outdoor Golden Tiger right now and enjoying all the reads and pics here at icmag, one is in your honow too ;)

I had the menage a trois growth on a Bangi as well.

You are going to love this strain. It has a very strong aroma in flower. Skunk (the animal), garlic/onion and lemons. Once cured, she is lemony goodness. Strong medicine...a little goes a long way ; )

Cheers Easygrowing,

Really healthy vigorous plants, can't wait to see them grow right up outside. Look forward to the smoke too, sounds lovely:)

Ha! now you have me worried and excited. Never smelt a skunk before but do I really want one living in the hoose with me?

Lovely bangies Hoots! So green and healthy, i grew them few years ago, also in Alps :)

Hi konopenko, the bangis certainly get around!

They really do sound like good hardy plants:)

Excellent lads, after this I shall smoke a very large bowl in all your honor, in fact to really show my respect I shall smoke quite a few:smoke:

Fantastic plants again Dubi:thank you: really vibrant!

After the long slow flowering in to the heart of winter of the GT's , the exuberance and zest the bangis are showing is really getting me in the mood for spring.

Been in flowering almost two weeks. started showing sex just before they went in. for awhile i thought I had 11 females as most of the first to show were all lassies, the males taking a little longer to reveal.

So 6 females, 5 males - spot on:dance013:

Males were all topped and are out in the not-so-cold at the moment greenhouse( very mild, warmer than most of last summer, 12C the other day!)

Cuttings taken from all and they seem to be taking.

Growing so fast and green at the moment, lovely aromas from them all. You can see they need a bit of tying!

They really want to go straight up, once bent the branchs come quick and are very thick and strong, hard to bend. So lush:)

picture.php

With a bit more soil they would get HUGE.

This girl is the only one who immediately lost the urge to grow from the main stem once bent and almost looks like she has been topped.

Preflowers appearing more and more so can't be long till flowering kicks in.

I'll away and fill that pipe then:tiphat:
