Doc D sent me some F2s that were made from BH7 and a male from the original seed pop.
I ran them all and this is the one that I ended up keeping. Smells like BH7. I got some males too that I'm gonna hit back to the BH7 and also make F3s off this pheno.

In most phenotypes of the BHix3, you'll find a blend of the A5 and Bh7 profiles
Can you please enlighten me to the differences of each (a5t and bh7) smell wise?

Musk, wet basement, floral and I think frankincense as there's a church pheno going around.
That's what I can think of off the top but idk which belongs to what.

A5T is a different male than the one that made BHix3. A5htbx is the male Doc used for the ix3.

The A5htbx side smells like musky liver meat incense...the BH7 side has a floral/Wet Basement with a little incense on the bottom.
Thanks for the clarification!
Noted, so when I get around to popping them I have some guidance as to what to look for.
Hopefully I don't mix up musk and wet basement. By musk does one mean the body odor we smell mostly in guys(though if you go down on a female you'll smell her musk too) or animals ready to mate or mark their territory, not pee but from the glands(sweat glands I believe)?

Edit : Already had a note talking on both from you previously lol.

I received BH#7 clone along with AfricanH#11 clone from my buddy. I have some Zambia Pure seeds.. I'm considering making a cross using suitable males. Zambia pure is similar in type to Malawi,, if I remember correctly.
What does suitable male mean to you here?

Just stand out plants,,out liers or have multiple Desired traits stacked.

I'm only a hobbyist, so a bit of fun a bit of guess work and lucky dust.
I'm a hobby grower too. I'm just trying to get info on breeding male traits. What I've come up with from reading is, in no particular order - resin, smell, structure. I was seeing if you had other ways of doing it. Ofc this lucky dust comes in handy with the way these seeds\this plant works 🙂
