Baking some Chocolate Banana Bread

growclean

Grow Clean.... Go Fast!
Well, I made my first batch of cannabutter the other day. Tonight I am baking some chocolate chip banana bread with it. This is normally one of my favorite recipes. We'll see how it goes...

Not sure what to expect, the butter smells/tastes like cooked spinach. Haven't tried enough straight yet to know the effects either. I will post some pics and a report tomorrow.

Would love to hear how this worked out for you. I am about to make some canna banana nut bread myself. Was thinking about adding some cinnamon but chocolate sounds good too.

Must have been a good batch and can't leave the kitchen long enough to tell us how bad the munchies they had :lick:

Hey Growclean, can you give us a recipe for the bread please?

Oh shoot. I forgot that I started this thread! Yeah, it was good and potent. I have been munching on for the last couple of days and gave three of the loaves to my buddy. I eat a half slice, and I am good! My wife is at work, I will get her recipe when she gets home and post it up! Sorry!

What strain did you use in your mix bro!

My lady makes some killer Banana Bread she hates walnuts but I have her add them in a loaf she makes for me, the 2 in this pic are for her xmas party at work back in 07. She doesn't smoke due to her job. Them breads sure did smell good and were tasty :D

Yum! I love bannana bread! Here's my recipie...

Cream together:
1/2 cup canna butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs

Mix in seperate bowl:
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix above ingrediants together, then add 3 mashed bannanas and mix.
1 cup nuts (optional)

Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45mins to 1 hour.

Im going to be making a couple of loafs this afternoon. But instead, Im going to add only 2 mashed bannanas and add a cup of mashed strawberrys! Yummmm... Strawberry bannana bread!!!
