bagseeds newbie grow attempt

Wierd issue!
I have 2 different age seedlings
1 batch are about two weeks old give or take and i have made some mistakes with them i am learning trough the process...they were too close to the light or overwater i am not sure, its all bagseeds so i have the option to start over. Iv'e planted a new batch 6 days ago hoping to grow more succesfull seedlings learning from mistakes like spraying them/putting them too close to the lights/not monitoring ph.
Now 6 days old and also burned tips/brown leaf edge problem. I know its not a big deal its just that i am trying to learn what is the reason and get better at this

I havn't used any fertilizer on them yet

No water spraying them or anything

They were planted in the cups 6 days ago after roots germinated
Cups have 5 small holes at the bottom
Soil is a perlite vermiculite humus coco mixture

Almost no ferts in it from what i can understand

I am using tap water ph ajusted to between 5.5 and 5.8
I soaked the soil untill runoff came out when planting them and only watered again now sience than(soil was still moist and it is just finished drying now)

Soil runoff was about 6.2 when i water with 5.5ph water
Is that ok?
Also tested the soil's runoff ph with plane unajusted ph tap water of 7.7
if i water with plane tap water of 7.7ph the runoff ph is about 6.9 (tested it on some soil with no plants in it)

Main Lights are "300 watt" 136 actual watts viparspectra ajusted to 50% veg and 15% bloom (was on 30% bloom and turned it down to 15 today this morning after seeing the burns)

Its 75cm away from the plants

And another 45w cfl 6500k mostly for heat.
Temps are 25.c lights on
20c lights off
18/6 light scheduale
Bagseeds

Extractor fan 24/7 + fans for circulation
Humidity 45-65%

Any one knows what can be the reason for the burned edges?
My plan is to repott 4 of the small seedlings(the ones i have started 6 days ago)
Loose the rest (have no space for them all so eliminating the old ones i have made mistakes with)
And hoping for 1 female out of the 4 babies.

*the first pics are of the new seedlings i plan on keeping
Second ones in another reply (don't know how to seperate) are the ones i will remove due to lack of space
And also got a pic of the space
Would love some help on this !!
Thanks for taking time to read this and have a good evening!
