Ionizers for a small grow like this also work well, I had 4 plants in my closet a couple years ago and bought a $50(after my friends employee's discount) Ionizer and it completely eliminated the problem of smell. The one I got was the "Surround Air XJ-2100 Ionic Air Purifier" my parents came up to college and to visit and they walked in my bedroom where the grow was going on and never mentioned a thing(they are very anti pot and undoubtedly would have tore me a new one had they realized what was going on less than 15' away from them). Its rated for 500sq ft. Check it out.

Don't stress about the strain being your first grow, it is as complicated as you make it. The only real issue you might have is patience being sativa dominant it will take much longer to finish flowering.
