Bumping a 11year old thread to say there isn't many bagseed grows on icmag.

I have some bagseed on the grow currently, no Hermie's or male flowers spotted yet, so far so good.

:tiphat:

Some are jewels in the rough, others are coughing up a lung. Grew bags seed for about 23 years before trying Emory. The rest is history.

Did try several bag seeds from Indiana area in the early 2000's....not grown there (thinking S. American), but somehow what I smoked there and the bag seed grown from it ion different part of the country....polar opposites. Still good, but not the same. Surmising use of HID and hydro at the time.

Jewels in the rough sounds good to me, I will be happy with anything to smoke. My bagseed isn't as exotic as what you described its mainly stuff I have purchased in the past 10yrs in the UK so probably will be the usual !ish mash of Dutch genetics, I've taken a couple of cuts of those that showed a favourable stem rub smell & resilliance to pests & environment.

Anyway, 23 yrs of growing bagseed makes you a master!

True. Yet, you learn a lot and not spending $$ on seeds. Once you have it down, there's plenty of places for buying great genetics.

Right on! Keep on growing!
