Back at it...

Moved to the west coast over a year ago and got to play in some Humboldt grows last summer and was hoping to again but things didn't work out. On the plus side I landed an indoor gig instead. That being said, this isn't my equipment or clones but I'm working the grow and training a guy. Gonna be a 3 way split. But heres the run down...4k, 2 4'*8' trays, room for 98 1ga plants in each, currently 53 in it, with 60 almost rooted and ready to be put in. GDP is the strain I'm told.

We also have 48 chem fire seeds, and 48 girl scout cookie seeds germing.

^^^ that shit changed a bit. Now it's 11 rooms with about 43k watts to play with. Currently there are about 300 clones rooting or rooted, and being transplanted to become mothers. I'll get a list of the stains being ran soon. Right now we have about 6-8 strains going. Og, blue dream, gorilla glue, infinity euphoria, grand daddy purple, sour diesel, and girl scout cookies. I'm not sure that's everything but seems close. Going to pick up more clones tonight. Pics when I can....

Thanks. I feel like I've win the golden ticket to the chocolate factory. It's pretty much a dream come true. The goal is 50 lbs. A month, but we're not nearly ready to get that yet. Most of the rooms are set up nice and with some tweaking we now have a dedicated veg/clone/mother room. Still have a bunch of cleaning and work to do. Spider mites have become an issue so that's our main priority other than producing good moms at this point.

The last couple days have been busy. Transplanting and filling more pots and cups than I thought we'd get done. We ran out of cups before we finished transplanting close to 500 plants.
We are using old inert soil cut with coco and perlite. Pot sizes right now are 20 oz cups for the new clones, and the preflowers range from 1 ga pots to 5 ga. for the scrog. Got a couple pics from the work today...

Even more transplanting got done. Moved the sour diesel into the scrog with the GDP. Need to put in some hooks for the netting and delete the wooden ends. Wasting space isn't on the agenda. Moved a few lights for better coverage. Trying to take pics of the progress but sometimes I forget, sometimes I'm too tired. This has become a full time job. One I like for a change...

So much to do, but we're making progress. Got as much transplanting done as we could for the time being. Took a couple pics of a 8k watt flower room we are currently vegging in. Looking for mom's and good clones as well as keeping an eye out for mites right now. The tray will be moved when we can get the clones moved from it and relocated, along with another tray, to another 8k watt room.
We also have more vegging plants in another room under 3k watts. That room will be another flower room shortly as well.
There are 4 other rooms (of the 11 mentioned), are being run by 2 of our partners at different locations around the city so their coverage may be minimal...

Got another room basically set up. A 6k watt flower room with roughly 60 sd plants. They still have a ways to go before we set the screen but they'll get there soon enough. Progress...
Today was a mighty wash day. Close to 200 plants (clones and veggers) were treated. Trying to stay ahead of the mites isn't proving to be easy.
Everything has been fed is the last 2 days and they are responding well during this phase. In total out of close to 700 clones, we've only lost 4 that had roots. Not too bad imo...

I started my 2nd grow (after an 15 tear break) with CFLs and 2 Rubbermaid totes stacked up to grow some auto flowers. A year and a 1/2 later I was up to a 12'x12' room with 4k watts of hps and growing up the walls. Growing is addicting and I always upgraded whenever a could to expand.

I was incredibly lucky to get this chance. If we can do it right and pull 25lbs. a month, we have a financial backer willing to get us set up in a bigger warehouse with 100 1k lights to get the 50lbs we are after. If done right there's no reason we can't hit 25+ a month.

Working on cleaning out another 8k watt room for the 2 4'x8' tables. Still need ballasts and a few bulbs for it. I'm also trying to figure out how to keep this room cool and scrubbed while tying into the a/c exhaust upstairs. I also have to reconfigure our intakes to get air into the downstairs room. Should be fun...

Got everything fed today except the clones, they got straight h2o. Used 100 gallons of water to do it all and that's just 3 rooms. Sprayed the GDP/SD scrog with mighty wash, the 2nd scrog and some clones got azamax, and another room full of veggers got a pyrethrin bomb. Keeping the mites in check isnt easy. Everything will get azamax next week. Hopefully that will keep them at bay for awhile. Didn't get much else done, except getting a take ready to be moved downstairs. Baby steps but we are getting there. Going to have an assload of transplanting to do soon too. 500+ clones will need new homes in about a week or so I'm guessing. I'll get more pics up soon.

Things are looking good, plants are growing, mites are slowly going away. Made a dent in their populations with the mighty wash and azamax spraying. A few still had some lingering around and plants have been moved around and mixed, not my doing, so the treated got mixed with the others that were mite free. I've been checking to see how bad they are the last few days since the moves and saw a few live ones crawling and new eggs. Instead of spraying 150 plants they got a soil drench of azamax. I got 2 rooms treated and few plants in another room that has spotting. Considering the infestation that was here when we started we've made a lot of progress. Haven't seen a web in weeks and instead of 10 crawling around a leaf, we're find 1 mite every 50 plants with a spotting of eggs here and there. Still have 400 clones and others in veg to check thoroughly and probably treat with azamax as a preventative twice before flower.
Flipping the switch on the gdp and sd next week and getting another set up for a 3 ga. (Not my choice, I want 1 ga.) sog over 8k watts.
The other scrog with varied genetics are starting to be trained and looking excellent imo. I'll have pics up soon.
