I am letting people know I ordered a set of the bonsai hero trimmers was supposed to come with 2 pair of powered scissors. One pair had a problem with the power probe not going all the way in the socket, but it worked at first, then malfunction after an hour or so of use. The other pair, works fine so far for about 100 hours of trimming. However when I contact customer service they want me to commit international drug trafficking, and pay out of pocket to return the one that was defective. I am convinced they knew it was broken from the start which is why they had it on "sale" on their website. They say its ok if i clean it before I send it but there's no way in hell im sending something international thats come in contact with drugs. I'm also offended that they would tell me to pay for return shipping when they sent me a defective product in the first place. Avoid this company their customer service dept either thinks im stupid or trying to get me put in prison. I am calling my bank to reverse the charge on the entire unit.
