However, at the end of flowering You ideally want to be at around 45-55 % RH, which can be quite hard (atleast not ideal) for seedlings and vegging plants, where it should be aimed at 60-70 % RH.
But its sure durable, just make sure that the seedlings / vegging plants has plenty of RH to sustain health and watch the RH once autos starting to fill in bud set. (to avoid mold/bud rot)
If Your just running one(1) cycle, It will fit ok with starting all at once.
Then at the time (wk 3-5) the autoflowers start to flower, the regulars will have vegged up enough, to withstand the lower room humidty Your going to introduce at week 5.
Yeah, if running 18/6 or 16/8 on lights, autos prefer that light schedule. Consider 60-75+ (depending on strain and most breeders are not exact on finish time) days start to finish for most autos....then once nearly done or finished with autos flip to 12/12 or 13/11 regimen.
