LOOKIN' GOOD!

LOOKIN' GOOD!

man always impressed with your setups. can't wait to see how this one turns out! +rep if i could, but seems i've given you too much says the site.

was reading the other posts about aerating the rez. i learned the hard way on that one. turned out that too much air in the rez will actually remove some of the nutrients =(

this link was originally posted by Grat3fulh3ad in his Head goes coco thread. enlightened me pretty good seems that air can be used to filter elements out of water, was a good find for me as i'd always see some brown slime accumulate at the top of the rez, guess it was the nutrients being separated out.

Nice one Craven, I had thought about those Autopots in the past but did not want to deal with large pots so stayed with ebb/flow. Keep up the good work.

yep i would agree too, the Snow White is an awesome smelling strain..even double bagged this shit stinks..its a real problem when drying you almost have to dry in a carbon filtered room
It tastes fukin unreal too JUST STANKY.. i might have to let it go longer next time to get that real knockout punch from it...I think the cross with the Skunk will improve the head buzz

oh sorry to forgot to ask craven do u find using wicks works better then letting them sitting trays with 100% coco & do use the wicks through out the grow?

Yer man i will be using the wicks through out the whole grow. with out the wicks the coco would become water logged brake down and cause root rot.

I will be trying 2gallon pots next time, half full with perlite and top half coco with out the wicks. I do find the wick to be a hinderents by doing this i hope to have the best of both worlds the fast growth in coco and the good aeration from the perlite in the bottom half for the deeper roots growing into the nutrients at the bottom of the pots.
