Auto Malawi/Northern Lights

I'm interested in running this strain this summer because I'm going to be away from home for 6 to 8 months for work and won't be able to grow indoors.
I played with a couple of the early autos and had no luck with them but when Ace came out with this one I thought I'd give them another try. It would be perfect for me to be able to still grow during this time and I need for them to finish early. It will have to be a guerilla grow and I can't spend a lot of time them.
When I went to your site and read the description I got pretty excited about this strain. The question I have is I was wondering what F3-F4 semi-stabilized meant in your description? Thanks for your help.

Evergreen State, the f stands for filial. Each number behind the f is the number of generations . The cross has been breed with selecting the best genetics for the next filial generations. While you may see a recessive phenotype occasionally. The plants produced are very consistent with the goals of the breeder. I'm going to run these same genetics this season. I know this is another home run for Ace seeds. I hope this helped answer your question. Peace

Thank you farmerlion that is a great answer to my question. I thought semi-stabilized meant it's possible you could run into a dud. I was going to buy 3 but I think I'll buy 5 in case I get a dud but since it's Ace I'm not worried.

where i explain in detail how Auto Malawi x NL was bred and the different phenos that can be found in its current release.

Auto Malawi x NL was bred from the scratch, line only became 100 % autoflowering after reach F3 stage (third generation) and after doing properly the F2 x F2 step using only recessive autoflowering F2 plants, to finally fix the autoflowering trait in the F3 generation. This means the strain is certainly stable for the autoflowering trait but will still have some variability in other traits. Anyway all the different phenos that can be found in Auto Malawi x NL F3 are interesting, just depends on what kind of plants do you prefer or you are looking for.
