anonamix..I'm Loving the Lemon Skunk..
you do realise that JEM carries a lemon pheno..
(I always think afghan dom when I smell it)
And Mazar/JEM has an added skunk#1..?
Looking at your pistils..looks like you have made a Good germ.
Press..Gently..on the swollen calyx's with the "Pads" on your finger and thumb..
and you will be able to Feel if they are seeded.
You will feel the hard lump.
uptosumpn..sounds like a Plan....

wind your posts up to the magic 50 m8..

I gave em a little squeeze and they deff felt as if the center was hard.
Not so sure if the auto ak took, Will have to pick up some more of them because purple jem/ak does intriuge me. I'll be glad to have the jem stock to toy with!
Alot of strains coming in soon i hope. Some testers and Ive been waiting for a few packs to come in i orederd: Green O Matic, Blueberry, and some Power flower, all afs. The power flower was taking a while to get in stock, so I replaced them with Deisel Ryder. They are running late and i really hope i get them in the next week.
After I do get them Ive got a cart full for my next order. If each one dosnt slowly go out of stock while I wait
Side note-
This is my first year trying outdoors, and I never really thought about bird poop. Got my first dose the other day tho. Luckily just hit on a big fan leaf. Kind of a freak accident, but I could imagine a day away from chop... and splat. top bud get direct hit. That would be the worst LOL

Shes 11 inches right now and starting to fill in a bit

Here is the branch i dusted with pollen.. Alot of the hairs have thinned out alot and the calyxs look deff bigger here than on other branches..
Should the bud it forms be purple tinted? as of now no color.. I should still expect color? right?
And heres a pic of the purple widow. its sitting next to a 4 foot glass bottle i found lol.
Thought itd be cool to one day turn it into a bong

I think around 50 - 55 days old. Shen was a seed on march 18th.
And yes, I am a very very happy grower right now
I was late to work cus i got lost in just staring at them lol. Good thing getting fired is an impossablitly.
Had kind of a chilly weekend. Pretty cold nights. But the jem is deff showing color. light purple and some calyxs are almost blood red. The frost shes startin to put on makes the color even more pretty.
Another good bit of info.. I think I was wrong about the ak. Now id say im about 80% sure shes got some offspring for me.
Heres hoping soon I will have some...

Hello everyone. Does anyone have any suggestions for my first 100w CFL grow? I've been wanting to get iether JD's purple jems or ak-47. Would these do ok in hydroponics?

I particulally liked this trait. 1 Bud stalk..with 3 bud Fingers..
trident bud..3 for 1..love it.
It is the first cross I have seen that bud trait on.
They are NICE...

especially when you put her against the fat assed indy doms..

but..once she got her curves..she was great...

I think they would do wonderful in hydro. I did these 2 strains for my fist go at AFs, theyve been alot of fun to watch grow and soon will see just how fun to smoke

BUT..
F1 & F2 were Good too.
Your ICU#2 is a JEM X White Russian..and they make a lovely cross too.

Damm! Purple Jem x Auto AK= Bigger Purple Jem aka "Purple Chopper"! I will MOST DEF DO THIS CROSS!!! GOT A 10 PACK OF AK's already..jus need to get some more Jems...looks like mine are not gonna sprout....I only germed 8 out of 10 and out of those 8 only 2 sprouted and those died....<yeah, I was about to cough up a lung!....I do have 2 jems left though...So Imma start those 2 when I start my Ak's....

Hey guys Ive been havin pc problems but im back up and runnin
Progress is little due to a week of thunderstorms. The AK is almost done and the JEM is still trying to fatten. The purpel widow is also starting to fatten and is barney the dino purple. The lemon skunk is the super frosty and smells soooo good. All of the babies are doin good.
While they finish up Ive started a 10 gallon tub with 3 rows of 3. 3 ICU, 3 Bad Botty, and 3 Punk Chunk. Have germed 3 ALF but they havnt poped yet. when they do i'll but them in gallon square pots.
Ive ordered a 400w hps bulb and ballast. Not sure how difficult that will be to hook up. I know nothing about electrical wiring.

we need pics!!! ha, awesome thread man def. informative! BTW i got a jem going in hydro check my grow if you want! Im wanting to see how long you let your jem go, and how much she will bring ya! Ill be along to follow.

Took some pics today.. Here they go..
This is a side shot of the JEM, a bit blurry. She was starting to give me real nice color and then I had a week of very little light. Seems like she went green. Growth seemed like it paused too. Last 2 days shes been gettin much more light and is already looking better.
