I would think developers & contractors would adapt.

Why not just put in a water drain, and inlet outlet ventilation, for all the closets & bedrooms ?

They’re still making raids here, and people are setting up big grows, I think they’re throwing the money away. No licenses are going to be issued, so they are all black market grows...

Thermal doesn't ever look through walls, it looks at surfaces and sees the heat radiating off of the surface. Radar literally can see through walls.

Both thermal imaging and FLIR can be adjusted to different ranges, they can definitely see through walls.
You can see documentaries that show people in their bedrooms using FLIR.... it's up to the police to be honest and not use these settings, and only follows the strict rule of law.... *eyeroll*
